Chapter 11 Barbara

Enzo kissed me so furiously and left the room. He didn't return for the whole night. I was lying on the bed, trying to sleep but I couldn't. All I was thinking about is the kiss. It was my first kiss. I never thought it would be with Enzo. It felt strange I felt a tingling sensation in my stomach.

The next day when I woke up with little sleep I got. Linda came in with breakfast.
Enzo didn't come to take me for breakfast. I spent my entire day reading a book but I couldn't focus on it. All I was thinking about is Enzo, our kiss.
He didn't even come for dinner and I slept alone.

I am going crazy in the room. The next day Linda came with breakfast. I asked her where Enzo is? She said he must be in his office. I walked towards it. I was so mad at Enzo for avoiding me and I am going crazy here in the room alone with my crazy thoughts.
Linda tried to stop me but I didn't listen. When I entered his office he was sitting with Dante. Dante smiled at me and said  "hello Barbara". I returned his greetings and then he left, leaving me and Enzo alone in the room.

I stared at Enzo and he returned my gaze. I asked him "where have you been for the whole day?"
Enzo replied with a smirk "did you miss me sweetheart?"
I got angry and opened my mouth to say something but he started saying before I could "we are going out, there is a place I want to take you to."
I replied "I am not going anywhere with you."

He smirked at me and grabbed me from my wrist and dragged me to his car. I screamed at him "let me go Enzo I don't want to go anywhere with you". But he didn't listen as always. I was sitting in the passenger seat and he was driving the car.
During the whole drive I looked out of the window but I could feel his glare burning a hole in my head.

We reached a school not just any school it's Liam and Lily's school. I looked at Enzo shock. He took me to the park where Lily and Liam were playing.
They ran towards me as they saw me and hugged me and I hugged them back. I was so happy to see them. They told me how much they missed me and I told them I missed them too. I introduced them to Enzo. We talked and played for a while.
                                                               Enzo was playing with boomerang with Liam while Lily and I were sitting on swings. She asked me "so Enzo is your boyfriend".
My face turned warm "he is not my boyfriend".
She glared at me "so why are you blushing? Do you love him? Because he definitely loves you."
I stared at her "Lily! He doesn't love me and I don't love him either." I mean he kissed me once but love I don't think so Enzo Russo could love me or anyone, he doesn't seem like a guy who believes in love.
Lily smiled " then why does he look at you like you are the only girl in the world"
I opened my mouth to reply but before I could bell rang.

Recess was over I hugged twins one last time. And they wave Enzo and me bye as they leave for their classes and we wave them back.
I was so happy to meet them. I was grinning during the whole ride back to the mansion.

Enzo asked while driving "so how did you like your surprise?" I smiled at him "I loved it, it's the best surprise ever!"
He smiled back at me and asked "what kind of cuisine do you like?"
I replied "Chinese is my favourite but I like my Italian food too."
He said "okay let's go for something Chinese for lunch". I nodded at him.

We went to a Chinese restaurant. We ate and talked but none of us mentioned the kiss.
Enzo said "Liam and Lily are good kids".
I replied with a smile "yes they are and they even eat their veggies without whining"
Enzo narrowed his eyes at me and said "Linda has a loose mouth''. I laughed.
