**Returning to Namjoon**

He was scrolling through a gossip article that caught his eye.

"Rumor has it that actress Suzy Bae is in a romantic relationship with none other than Park Jimin, heir to Park Incorporation. Reliable sources say that on the night of the family's charity gala for the company's 20th anniversary, they were about to announce their engagement but had to postpone for reasons currently unknown."

Attached to the article was a photo of Jimin and the actress shopping at the upscale mall. Jimin's face was mostly obscured by a hat, making it hard to see him clearly. Namjoon zoomed in on Jimin's face, pretty sure he was seeing Minji or at least someone who looked a lot like him.

"Why would a rich guy, who's with a total sex symbol actress, be chasing after Y/N? That just doesn't make sense."

Maybe he was unfairly accusing a poor guy. It wouldn't make sense for someone wealthy to pretend to be poor just to pursue a college student, right? He decided to pause his investigation and dive into the latest book he'd picked up instead.

**Meanwhile, Jimin had decided to go to your place**

Knowing you wouldn't be back until late. He flopped onto your bed, flipping through one of your sketchbooks. He was captivated by your style.

"Damn, you draw so well!" But what struck him most were the colors—vibrant, full of life, blended together in an exceptional way that created a sense of depth, pulling him right into your world. After flipping through several drawings, he came across one that caught his attention: a portrait of a boy with the words "a special person ♡" written beside it, along with the date.

"Who is this guy? Your ex-boyfriend?" Just the thought made his stomach churn. After the portrait, he saw a series of darker drawings filled with cold, chilling colors—scarlet reds, burgundy mixed with ultramarine blues and icy grays.

It was as if the life had drained from all the previous sketches, leading to the last few works, which were stark black on white.

*If your sketchbooks are like diaries telling the story of your life, who is this guy that changed your soul so much?*

Jimin's head was spinning with questions he wished he could ask you. The more he discovered about you, the more he liked you. He kept thinking about that portrait.

"Is he the reason you started taking antidepressants?" He'd taken them before and knew all too well how tricky those meds could be. It was better to minimise their use since they could trap you in a vicious cycle.

He'd stopped taking them some months ago and this days the love he felt for you was helping him a lot, the best medicine in the world, making him feel like the best version of himself every single day. He rolled over in bed, glancing at your nightstand.

"Still full of those damn meds... I'll buy you some chocolates. I always craved sweets when I was on them"

He smiled at the thought. He checked the clock and felt a jolt.

"I need to hurry up before you get back!" He quickly tidied up, rushing out of the apartment. ...

Half an hour later, he was back at your place, carefully placing the package on your kitchen table. He glanced at the clock again.

"She'll be here in 10 minutes." He slipped on his shoes and dashed off, his heart racing with excitement.
