Liberated Leifor, Sourthern Front, January 10th 1646

Italian and Muish soldiers stood near the border of Sonal-Magicarreich and Leifor. After many battles they had finally managed to reach Magicarrech, a foreign land many Italians had never seen before even in pictures and paintings.

Only their bombers had been fortunate to see such a sight of their cities, pummeled to rubble. But the recent Winter Offensive, which the Italians had become experts at, started 10 days ago.

It was now tearing a gap in the ranks of their enemy.

The enemy, already weaken from previous defeats alongside morale being low, were being forced back along the rivers of what ran into Sonal and Catolin. Already in 10 days, all of Sonal had been liberated.

Something which caused massive parades across Sonal. But the advances continued as the Muish and Italians pushed deep into southern Leifor and Northern Magicarreich. In 10 days, the enemy had lost 110 000 to their 20 000.

It was liberating to them that their losses were so low.

The Offensive continued, even as more and more Enemy forces arrived in bulk. For the Italians and Muish were creating a dangerous Bulge. By the end of the month, the frontline focused mostly into Leifor, where they fought the Kainish in brutal battles, but something was off.

Their planes were in fewer numbers, all focused on coastal cities. In Addition, the enemy navy, which always wreck havoc onto the allied fleets, sinking hundreds of ships every month, had stopped their attacks.

All of this raised alarm bells into Italy and Papaldia, who began to assemble their fleets of the east under a massive series of defenses. They were ready for the worse.

But for now, the Italians moved towards their latest city, Mian, A Major city in Southern Leifor, which once taken, would prove the end of the Leifor Liberation for the time being, as they would swung south into Magicarreich.

But Mian proved harder to take as the city's old Citadel, was defended by 54 000 K-SS soldiers in a suicidal defense. This was part of the Fortress Defense plan, to have certain cities defended to the last man.

Attila was suffering from stress, the defeats were making him lose his mind, many already talked about replacements of him for when he truly lost his mind, with Count Otto Kan Bism, A Fanatic Fascist and War Hawk, being his 'replacement'.

But he was killed in a Plane Crash weeks later, General Adolf Kan Konig was the new replacement, which even the Imperial Family accepted in secret.

Mian was surronded on the 10th of February 1646, a day which was also important for the Italians, As the Creation of the Imperial Academy of Economics in Venice was found, where in those halls, it would produce Italy's future Welfare System, the best in the world.

But in Mian, the fighting was tough, the K-SS refused all calls to lay down their arms, even refusing to retreat. Italian Soldiers used the last of their Fear Toxin to break the enemy, leaving many of them dead.

The attack in the south also drained the Muish and Italians as the Magicarreich introduced a National Militia, Sending over 1.8 Million Men and Women, without uniforms, straight to the front. This finally put a stop to the Allied advance in the south.

Just in time for the enemy, to attack back.

While the 500 000 Italians were busy trying to seize Mian, the 2.5 Million Muish and Papaldians, came under attack by the roughly 4.6 Million enemy forces. Across the entire bulge, fierce fighting broke out as the enemy tried to push them back.
