~1 Week Later~
Spencer Reid sat alongside JJ on the plane, as they were heading home after solving another case.
Henry's word were stuck in the back of Reid's head as he read his book, JJ's head resting on his shoulder as she attempted to keep up with him.
The pain from the tattoo had slowly calmed down, now Reid's only priority was keeping it hidden, he could feel the little black box that was sitting on his coat pocket resting against the arm rest and he smiled.
"So I was thinking" he said softly and she lifted her head, her blue eyes sparkling.
"You think a lot, you need to be more specific" JJ said with a little chuckle.
"Well Uh, I"
"Well??"
"Uh"
"Just spit it out"
"I was thinking we could go on a date"
That sentence caught Morgan's attention as he looked up from next to Garcia his eyes twinkling.
"Why?" She asked abruptly and Reid felt his cheeks redden, he could see Morgan encouraging him from the corner of his eye
"Because we have never had one" Reid stuttered and with a raised eyebrow JJ nodded "alright" she said then returned to resting her head on Reid's shoulder, this time shutting her eyes.
Morgan gave Reid a thumbs up and Reid smiled, his smile filling the bottom half of his face.
