By the afternoon, the cast selection was over. I had done my best and though there were still others to consider, PD Kwon's reaction showed that I had made a strong impression. His enthusiasm was a good sign but I knew not to get too confident. There were still decisions to be made.

As I got into the car with P'Wave, he glanced at me through the rearview mirror. "Well, that's a wrap on today. You did great, Yin. I think PD Kwon was really impressed."

I smiled. "Thanks, phi. I hope so."

P'Wave continued, "By the way, I have been fielding some calls about you. A few agencies are interested in having you under their label. I will give you the details once everything is settled."

I nodded. "Okay, sure, phi."

He started the car and drove. "About nong Third, how's that going?"

I sighed and shook my head. "I don't really know. We only communicate when it's work-related."

P'Wave frowned slightly. "Do you think he will be okay under SkyWings, especially with the old woman's management? We know they didn't treat him well before."

I leaned back, feeling frustration and confusion. "I don't know and I don't want to think about it anymore, phi. I tried to help him but he's the one who pushed me away."

P'Wave sighed. "Sometimes people need to find their own path, even if it means making mistakes along the way, nong. Focus on what you can control and what's ahead for you, Yin."

"Yeah, you are right, phi."

He gave me a reassuring smile. "For now, let's focus on the opportunities in front of you. Things are looking promising."

As he drove on, the conversation shifted to upcoming projects and other exciting news. It was comforting to have P'Wave as my manager.

I arrived home first and saw that War still hadn't come back yet. I then decided to order some delivery food and got everything set up, so he could eat as soon as he walked in.

Not long after, the sound of the door opening caught my attention. War came in, looking tired but his face lit up when he saw me. He threw his bag on the floor and ran towards me, enveloping me in a tight hug.

I chuckled and hugged him back. "How did it go? How was the cast selection?" War asked.

"It went well, I think. PD Kwon seemed pleased, so I'm hopeful. But I'm more excited to see you."

War pulled back slightly, chuckling. "Aww, you are such a sweetheart. I miss you."

Smiling, I gestured towards the food I had prepared. "I miss you too, baby. I ordered some food. Thought you might be hungry after your long day. It's all set up for you."

He grinned. "You are amazing. Thank you, my froggy!"

He pulled my hand and quickly moved to the table, where he found his favorite dishes ready and waiting. We took a seat and as he dug in, I watched him with a satisfied smile.

"So delicious!!! All the food is not spicy! I like it!!!" He said with his mouth full, making me chuckle.

"I'm glad you like it, baby," I said while wiping a bit of sauce from the corner of his lips. "You deserve it after such a long day."

War nodded, still chewing. After swallowing, he looked up at me with a grin. "When you get the role for PD Kwon's film, we have to celebrate!"

I raised an eyebrow. "You seem pretty sure I will get it."
