Kurayami and Shiori left the ORC building before he sighed to himself.
Kurayami: In the end, the Devils took the finger in the Stevenson screen away, and we couldn't retrieve it.
Shiori: What can we even do about it? They refused to cooperate unless they had your support.
Kurayami: But the hard part is that I don't wanna go back without that Sukuna Finger, I guess I'll ask Yuta-Sensei to strike some sort of deal with them.
Kurayami's phone suddenly started to ring before he picked up.
Kurayami: "Yeah, wassup?"
Yuta: "Kurayami, come back to Fraxinus, we have some sort of lead on how to seal Kotori."
Kurayami: "Ah, is that so? I'll be there as soon as possible."
-Timeskip to back to Fraxinus-
Kurayami rubbed his head before sighing.
Kurayami: We didn't get the finger, our senpais have it.
Yuta: I always suspected that they wanted something from us, but to come into direct contact with you means that they are not scared of what we might do.
Kurayami slowly walked to Darren who was given a briefing of where to go for his and Kotori's date.
Darren: Ocean Park? That's that water and amusement park, right?
Reine: That's right. Everybody agreed that it would be the best place for your date with Kotori the day after tomorrow.
Kurayami: Really? Bringing a fire Spirit to a water park?
Kaanazuki: ABSOLUTELY! It's the perfect opportunity to feast your eyes upon our commander's glamorous figure, which is youthful and yet risq- a trait that's most pronounced in a girl her age!
Kurayami and Darren stared at each other with a blank expression before facing Kannazuki who had his hand in a fist from excitement.
Darren/Kurayami: Can you keep that sort of stuff to yourself?
Reine: Darren, one other thing, in addition to Alisa helping you with this mission, I've prepared some preliminary training for this mission.
Darren: Training?
Darren stared at the floor for a while before looking up at Reine and Kannazuki.
Darren: Alright, I'll do it. If it's to save Kotori, I'll do anything!

Darren and Kurayami sighed before Darren went on his phone before Tohka and Yoshino started to look around the swimsuit section.
Kurayami: I thought our training insisted on something different when Reine said it. Also, you've been on that phone the whole time.
Darren: I'm trying to text Alya and indicate a location for where we are.
Kurayami: You could do that later, not all the time.
Darren held a can of soda in his hand while speaking into his phone.
Darren: Well, we'll be fine, we are the strongest, after all. This is why Reine left us to deal Kotori with in the first place.
