Y/n sits at the Gryffindor table in The Great Hall sitting next to Harry while Ron and Hermione sit across the table from them. "Hey, I need to go do something. I'll see you three later." Harry stood up from his seat on the bench and quickly rushed off before anyone could say anything.
"You know, he's been doing that a lot. I wonder where he's going." Hermione queried looking off towards the doors to the Great Hall, watching as Harry disappeared into the hallway.
Ron opened his mouth, about to say something but then quickly shut his lips together again. Catching notice of that, Y/n narrows her eyes at Ron and leans forward against the table. "Ron. Where is Harry going?"
Ron jumped in surprise, his brows knitted into a furrow. "What? Why are you asking me?" Ron scoffed, looking away from Y/n trying to hide any sign that he may be lying.
"I know you know. He's been leaving like that ever since the holiday ended. And you are the only one not surprised at the fact he does this." Y/n stated with a matter of factness.
"She got you there Ron." Hermione snickered, making Ron snap his head towards her and glared at her.
Ron sighed in defeat and looked back over to Y/n. "Fine. During holiday Harry found this mirror and... he said he saw his parents in it. So, he continued going back there." Ron elaborated, his tone changed to one of empathy for Harry. Ron shrugged, acting nonchalantly, his words trying to downplay the significance of this new discovery. "I saw myself as Head Boy and the Quidditch Cup." He shrugged again with a wry smile across his lips.
A small frown formed across Y/n's lips, she looked off towards the doors and into the hall Harry had just disappeared through. "Where is this mirror at?" She questioned turning her attention back to Ron.
"It's in the restricted area in the library... Why?" Ron's face scrunched up in confusion looking at her in suspicion. "You're not planning on-"
But Y/n stood up from her seat interrupting his sentence, "I'll be back guys, I need to go too." She looked over at Hermione and Ron furrowing her brows at them feeling concern for Harry.
"Y/n no! You could get in trouble." Hermione states standing up from her seat smacking her hands against the top of the table.
"I'll be careful. I won't get caught, I swear, trust me." Y/n smiled softly, trying to reassure Hermione. Before she could answer back, Y/n hurried out of the Great Hall in urgency. She made her way towards the library, checking her surroundings to make sure no one was around. Y/n quietly entered the library looking around to see little to no other students in the area.
Y/n finds the entrance to the Restricted Area of the library, with one last look around to see if anyone is watching she opened the door. She quietly shut the iron bared door behind her and began sneaking around to find where Harry was. After a few minutes she found him sitting in the middle of an empty room, no mysterious mirror in sight. "Harry?"
