The Solution

Jennie POV

I was talking with Jisoo when I heard a loud voice outside the restaurant. The voice is getting louder as it's coming closer.

"What's wrong with these people? Can't they save their argument in the room?" Jisoo said.

I was about to say something when I heard a name "Lalisa stop!"

I turned my head in instant and standing from my seat. Jisoo and I look at each other and we run towards the lobby.

There I saw the woman I love the most standing few meters away from someone who I don't wanna see at all, Diana.

"We will get married next month, either you like it or not!" Diana yelled at Lisa.

My heart dropped. Tears threatened to fall from my eyes.

They're getting married?

Lisa just stood there without saying anything. Her face looked fuming.

Jisoo hold my hand but I keep step forward.

"So this is your dinner?" I said to her with my shaky voice.

She turned her head to see me.

Shock written all over her face. I walked closer to her, slowly.

"You lied to me" I said softly trying to hold my tears.

"Jennie.. I can explain"

"You're getting married to her?"

"Jen.."

"This is not like what you think" She said.

"This is exactly like what she thinks. And yes we are getting married" Diana said.

"Shut up! I'm not talking to you!" Lisa raised her voice to Diana.

I can't hold my tears anymore. It's falling, and my heart is sinking to the bottom of this ocean called heartbreak.

"Jen please let me explain"

"I thought everything is fine between us. We are moving forward towards something good. You give me hope"

"You are jumping the gun. Hear me out fi-"

I raised my hand stopping her.

"Not a word Lisa. Not a word!"

Then I left her with Jisoo followed me behind.

I get inside my car with Jisoo and drove off to home.

I cried my heart out throughout the trip to home. I drive as fast as I could. I just want to be home.

We reached home in 20 minutes. I forced open the door and not minding Mom & Dad who's sitting at the couch in living room and straight to my bedroom.

"Jennie? What happened?" I heard Dad calling me but I ignore him and slammed my bedroom door.

Jisoo POV

Jennie went straight ahead to her bedroom and locked the door. She is really heartbroken. I can't believe that Thai woman broke her heart again.

I'm sitting here in the living room with her parents. I told them what happened back there at the hotel and they can't believe what they heard.

"Lisa is really marrying someone?" He asked me.

I nodded.

"But why Marco agreed on my plan to get Lisa and Jennie close again?" He said confused.
