Warm Embrace

Strewn all over the table were
Letters sent from no man's land
The beloved sat amidst the mass
Yet Lovesick for her lover's hand

She closed her eyes and there he was
All in his majestic gloriousness
He spread his arms in a warm embrace
She fell in, giving up all consciousness

A warmth spread through her form
Reviving the wilted caracass inside
Her icy blood started to flow
Which in his absence had been dried

She felt his heart beating in his chest
Rhythmic ticking, regulated in
She squeezed her arms tighter around
And the throbbing hastened in his skin

Energy flew within the dust
That touched her face from his clothes
For her it was an aftermath
For all his love in her disposed

The foul breaths that she took
Were livelier than the strong perfumes
His smell healed her longing heart aches
For it was the smell of love as she assumes

She opened her eyes and there he was
In a potrait hung with flowers on the wall
She turned into a caracass burning among
The letters he left waiting for his call
