Toby's eyes flickered open. The first thing he noticed was that his head hurt. A LOT. The second, a glowing furnace on the other side of the room he was lying in. He had warm blankets wrapped around him and was lying on a soft cushy couch. His eyes felt so heavy, he decided to close them again..just as the soft warm hand touched his forehead again. His eyes shot open and much to his surprise, a young beautiful girl sat beside him. she had hair just the color of River's..oh, how it pained him to think of her name. But her eyes...not a creamy oatmeal color, but a vibrant sapphire blue. She wore her creamy golden locks in long thick waves, and had a concerned look about her face.

"Oh! You're awake! Are you ok? Are you hungry? Do you like want some oatmeal or something? Can I get you anything? We have, uh, uh, oatmeal! How about oatmeal? Wait...you're probably tired how abo-" then another voice cut her off.

"Tania! Let him rest. No one likes oatmeal, get over it. No need to tire him out." A deep voice said from behind the couch.

"Yes, papa." Tania sighed.

"No, wait. I think I'll take some." Tobias shocked himself with his own words. He was trying to turn away from oatmeal, but after what River had told him in that vision...he decided it was time to bring oatmeal back into his life. He had no one. He didn't even know where Oatavious was and apparently, River wasn't the only girl who liked oatmeal.

"Oh goody! Ok, I'll bring you your oatmeal in a giffy." she said as she excitedly ran off to the kitchen. Toby thought to himself that she was the happiest girl he had ever met, even though her "papa" obviously disapproved of her oatmeal obsession. Why wasn't he more like that in the past?
