The day of Gold Roger's execution
However, not only the anniversary of Roger's execution, but today is the day of The Great Pirate Era, where all pirates from different islands take to the seas to find the great treasure left by the Pirate King himself.

So, the citizens are selling, walking, shopping or anything they could do before heading home as every single pirate arrived at their town to stoke up or see the place where Roger had been executed to celebrate the anniversary.
One of the pirates is the well known pirate of having the title of the World's Strongest Swordsmen of many years arriving at Loungetown.
Dracule Mihawk
Once, he makes sure that his small ship won't sail away or get stolen, he begins to walk through the town as he sees many citizens walking on eggshells whenever they see pirates walking past them.
'Even these pirates don't seem to care if they get caught or not.... How foolish.....' Mihawk thought to himself as he does a bit of shopping for a few days before sailing off.
Mihawk goes about his day as the sun rises up high to the beautiful sunset color to end the day.

Night took over the sky as the citizens turned off the light from the inside to get some shut eye for the next day to come.
Mihawk was walking around to tire himself out as he couldn't sleep while enjoying the silent air around him.
After a few minutes of quietness when he hears a faded humming in the distance. Out of curiosity, Mihawk follows the sound, leading out of the town that it was never used by the citizens.
Mihawk still follows the humming, but it sounded close by and led him up a hill with some kind of trees. As he slowly walks up the hill, Mihawk hears a female's voice singing that stops him in his tracks.
𝒟𝒶𝓃𝒸𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝐵𝑒𝒶𝓇𝓈, 𝒫𝒶𝒾𝓃𝓉𝑒𝒹 𝒲𝒾𝓃𝑔𝓈
Mihawk snaps out and quietly walks up so as to not disturb the person singing while hearing the grass moving by the person's footsteps.
𝒯𝒽𝒾𝓃𝑔𝓈 𝐼 𝒶𝓁𝓂𝑜𝓈𝓉 𝓇𝑒𝓂𝑒𝓂𝒷𝑒𝓇
As he continues to walk up, he finally sees a female figure dancing under some trees with some kind of flowers that Mihawk has never seen before in his life.
