3rd POV:
By the 5th month mark, the illness has taken over [Y/N]'s body. One day, she was doing everything in the castle, going on dates with Mihawk and taking care of the triplets besides being tired from time to time......
The next day, she couldn't even get out of bed and Mihawk had to carry her out of bed to be able to eat, use the restroom, go the the triplets nursery room....
However, [Y/N] and Mihawk knew that the time has come and prepared for this day to come when [Y/N] could no longer get up. She would teach Mihawk the basic things that she would normally do that involves moving around on both feet.
Most of the time, she's holding, cuddling or playing with the triplets whenever Mihawk carries her throughout the castle. Although it became rough for them as the each day grew, that didn't stop them from loving each other.
Their love for each other is so much stronger that it's difficult to separate them apart. Even their family and friends could see the strength that the married couple have for each other and for their children.
Takeru Mihawk, the oldest triplet, even though for his very young age, is able to sense what's happening to his mother and would cuddle her side to make her feel better.
Kumi and Kiyoshi Mihawk, the second and youngest triplets, though they joke around all the time, it was their way to comfort their mother and turn the frown upsidedown.
Despite the rough patches during the 5th month, they still go strong as a family. Their love still grows strong like before, still gaining strength through each other's love.
Just like it's meant to be.......
As a family....
And there's nothing in the entire world that could rip them apart....
