3rd POV:
"It looks like the illness is growing rapidly than it's supposed to." The doctor said, looking at the results. The married couple just got back from their small vacation and as they sailed off, [Y/N] told Mihawk about what happened during changing their triplets.

Mihawk immediately sail to the island to go see the same doctor to run a blood test to find the problem. The results came back after 3 hours of waiting to show that the illness has grown faster than it should be given the written statement of other doctors.

"But I had the medication that the doctors gave me that could keep the illness from breaking out earlier since there's no cure for it." [Y/N] said, pulling out a small bottle of medication from her bag and handing it to the doctor.

The doctor looks at the medication and looks at the note from the doctors before taking off their glasses and places them on their desk. "That is true that this medication could help control the illness, but since you have a year left to live, it's rejecting the medicine." The doctor slowly explains.

"It'll start off small each day to do normal tasks, but once the final year slowly approaches, it'll get harder to even get out of bed." The doctor said. "Even if I do give you something, it won't help and I feared that it'll fasten the pace than it already was."

[Y/N] could feel her heart drop, even though she knew that she's has a limited time to live, but it still hurts as she'll leave behind a loving husband and 3 beautiful children.

She barely knows that she left the clinic and is already sailing off the island to her lovely home.

Ever since they left the island, Mihawk noticed that [Y/N] almost shuts down after hearing the results of her illness

Ever since they left the island, Mihawk noticed that [Y/N] almost shuts down after hearing the results of her illness. So, at night time after putting the triplets to sleep, he walks in the bedroom to see [Y/N] outside.

She's leaning against the balcony, staring at nothing as the calm wind blows through her hair. He walks over to her, standing next to her with their shoulders touching and being there for her.

At that moment, it was silent, no talking, no humming. Nothing. Just their company, the crickets singing and the wind giving that cold fresh air at night. Everything was silent at first, however that was completely replace by [Y/N] finally breaking down.

She cried and cried, getting everything out of her system. Mihawk gently pulls her into a hug, not just any hug, a hug full of love, care and comfort. They stayed like that, Mihawk hugging her as she cries her heart out, without saying anything.

After minutes of silence and sobbing, it quiets down to sniffles and slow breathing from both parties. "It hurts, Mihawk..... It hurts so much...." [Y/N] slowly spoke up, gripping onto Mihawk.

"Even when I knew that I have little time left, it still hurts so much...... Knowing that I'm leaving you and our family behind..... I just want to be with all of you.... I still want to be here....." [Y/N] pours her whole heart out to Mihawk, who just holds her in his arms.

"I just wanted to grow old with you.... Be with you .... See our children grow up..... See them get married and have a family of their own..... I just-" Then, she felt a warm hand gently rest her face and lifts her head up to Mihawk just staring at her.

However, [Y/N] couldn't stop staring into his eyes, that shows what Mihawk truly feels without saying anything. She saw not only the hurt in his eyes, but the love and a lot more emotions in his eyes.

His eyes gives her the message that she needed to know and tears fall down here face. However, those tears are not the tears of hurt and sadness, but the tears of love, happiness and care.

She softly grabs Mihawk's face with both hands and slowly pulls him into a loving kiss, under the stars and moonlight shining upon them. They slowly pulled away, resting their foreheads against each other, slowly swaying side to side slowly like they were dancing.
