3rd POV: "Here, darling." Mihawk sets down the tray on [Y/N]'s lap. She puts down her book on the bed, looking at the tray in confusion, "Breakfast in bed? What's it for?" She asked. "Can't I just spoiled my gorgeous wife?" Mihawk chuckles.
The main reason for it cause it's his wife's birthday and he wanted to make her birthday the best day she could ever have. He called in favors from his parents and Shanks to help him to surprise [Y/N] on her big day.
[Y/N] giggles soft, "I suppose why not." She smiles and eats her breakfast as Mihawk brushes her hair to start off the special day.

The day started off on a good note as Mihawk distracts his wife as his family and Shanks quietly arrived at their home to decorate. [Y/N] makes flower crowns for Mihawk under the sun, wearing a sundress with a blanket under her.
She hums a soft lullaby while making the flowers crowns, enjoying the outdoors and having her handsome husband by her side. Then, she places the flower crown on his head, laughing a bit, "You look lovely, dear."
Mihawk smirks before pulling her into a bear hug, rolling on the blanket and attacking her with kisses. They both laugh, without a care in the world, like nothing could happen to them. Then, as she's distracted, Mihawk saw something in the corner of his eye, a signal that it's ready.
Mihawk clears his throat and slowly stands up, dusting off his clothes before turning to look at [Y/N]. "I have a surprise for you, darling." [Y/N] raised his brow, questioning with a playful smile.
"Oh, so you finally make a move on the vanishing plan, huh?" She teased, earning a pat on her chest. "Hey!" "Like I would do that. Just put this on and you'll see your surprise." Mihawk puts the blindfold over her eyes.
[Y/N] just giggles as Mihawk carries her in his arms and walks in the castle, making sure that the blindfold is still on and adjusting his grip.

After walking through many rooms of the castle, they made it to the ballroom, where the surprise will take place. The room is very dark, no light or people in sight when Mihawk opens the door and walks in with [Y/N].
He walks to the center of the room before placing her on the throne and walks away from his birthday girl. "Okay, darling. You can take off the blindfold." Once [Y/N] reaches for the blindfold and takes it off her face, bright light flashes in the room.
"Surprise! Happy birthday, [Y/N]!!" In the ballroom, were Shakuyaku, Rayleigh and the Red Haired Crew along with her babies, surrounded by tables of food with a birthday cake in the middle, balloons everywhere and a banner hanging above them with the words.

Meanwhile, the birthday girl is speechless, even shocked to see that everyone remember her birthday and forgetting that it's her birthday today. Then, the room fell silent as they all saw [Y/N] slowly tear up, but those weren't tears of sadness, no.

They were tears of happiness, feeling the love that she longed her since the day her only family passed away. "Thank you everyone..." She said, in between sobs. "I completely forgot about my birthday.... Thank you for even remembering it,et alone celebrating it with us...."
Then, a family group hug was formed, hugging the birthday girl, wishing her a happy birthday and telling greats things about her that she would like to know.
Once the hug was pulled away, the party started, music playing, the guest drinking, dancing and eating the food. The Mihawk family were having the best time as the guest cheer for the triplets when they dance their heart out for their mother.
It was time for [Y/N] to blow out her candles, placing her in front of the cake as the guest surround her and wish happy birthday to her. She took the time to look at everyone's face, the same faces that helped her get to the place where she currently is.
She smiles, looking at her small family and the smiles on their face, wishing that she could see then forever, but knew when her time will come. Once the singing ends, she closes her eyes and blows out the candles as everyone claps for her.
