3rd POV: 3 months of fighting, it was the biggest day for the Mihawk family. Today's the first ever birthday of the triplets and Shakuyaku decided to make a party for her grandchildren. So, a month ago, the Mihawk family sailed off to list off some things got the party.
They'll stay there until New Years, that's where they are at now and the day of the party. Shakuyaku and [Y/N] are decorating the bar while Mihawk and Rayleigh went to get the cake. During decorating, a knock was heard from the inside, [Y/N] walks over to the door to open it.
Behind the door was Shanks and his crew will gifts and booze. "Heyyyy!! Are we late for the party?" Shanks said, waltzing in the bar. "Nope, you've arrived very early, Shanks. That's unusual behavior coming from you." Shakuyaku said, head resting on her palm.
"Well, it's my niece and nephews birthday! I can't miss it for the word!" Shanks whines as his crew set down some barrels. Shakuyaku and [Y/N] laughs at Shanks' behavior when Mihawk and Rayleigh walked in with the cake.
"Hawk-eye! Rayleigh!" Shanks waves at them, causing Mihawk to groan a bit of annoyance. "Awww, come on, Hawk-eye! Loosen up a bit! It's my niece and nephews birthday!" "Who said that you're the uncle of my children?" "Me!!"
Shanks smiles before shouting, "Let's party!!" The crew cheers loudly to celebrate.

"Look at you! You've grown since I'd last saw you! My babies!" Shanks coddles the triplets as they giggle their hearts out. Meanwhile, Mihawk was sitting at the stool of the bar, just death glaring at Shanks.
"Dear. Stop staring at Shanks like he just slapped you in the face." [Y/N] laughs behind her hand, seeing Mihawk getting jealous. "He's spoiling them too much, darling. Also, who said that he's the uncle to our children." He said, gripping his cup.
[Y/N] just laughs when Shakuyaku walks in with a cake for the triplets. "Time for cake, my adorable grandchildren!" She said, setting the cake on the table where a "1" candle is placed at the center of the cake.
Then, Rayleigh lights up the candle as everyone sings for the triplets. [Y/N] has the snail on her hands and seeing her 3 babies full of laughter and joy without a care in the world brings a tear from her.
She quickly wipes it away as she helps her sweet angels blow out the candle before the triplets decided it was a good idea to play food fight with each other.
So, the triplets got to work by grabbing big chunks of cake and throw it or smear it on one another. "Hahaha! It's a good thing I made another cake in case this happens!" Shakuyaku laughs before getting up to grab the backup cake for them.
Everyone just laughs and cheers at the triplets' game. [Y/N] laughs before turning her head to see Shanks sitting beside her with a calm, relax look on his face.
"How you feeling, [Y/N]?" Shanks asked, knowing what he was referring to. [Y/N] thinks for a good moment, letting the question sink in before responding.
"To be honest, Shanks. I'm feeling scared.... Not because of the illness....but, because I'm leaving so soon and will never get to experiments watching my kids grow or grow old with Mihawk....." She said, watching the triplets still playing with their cake.
"But at the same time, I knew that Mihawk will take care of them..... I knew that he'll raise them to be who they want to be..... He'll watch over them for me.... Like we promised during my pregnancy with them..." [Y/N] watches as Mihawk cleans up the triplets while getting chunks of cake on his clothes and face.
She sees a genuine smile on his face, seeing their triplets smiling at him like any other child would do to their parents. "Cheers for happiness?" Shanks raised his cup to her with a smile that she knows so well.
"Cheers for happiness and forever long friendships!" They both click their cups together as they celebrate the big day for the Mihawk children and being the center of attention.
