3rd POV: 2 months after the big birthday, everything went back to normal, well almost normal with 4 months left, [Y/N] grow more and more tired that she didn't have much energy to even hug her triplets.
Then, a new symptom appeared as [Y/N]'s skin now appears to form spots. Some on her arms, legs, stomach and her face. So, the triplets decided to cheer up their mother with something. So, they begin to plan, they'll end the day with a bang.

Over the past few days, the triplets went back and forth, trying to figure out what their plan was until Kumi got the great idea and whispers it into her brothers ears.
They all smile and they get to work on their plan to cheer up the mother of the castle, but they had to keep it quiet and without Mihawk and [Y/N] finding out about the plan.
As they plan, Mihawk does a quick check in on the triplets in their play room before quickly leaving to finish a task as he hears the giggles of his 3 warriors.

Once their plan was complete, they now put it into action and what they would do first before walking up extra early and walking into their bedroom without waking them up.
Then, they hear their father's footsteps walking to the restroom to get ready for the day. They stayed quiet until they see a but if movement from the other side of the bed and immediately went into action.
Meanwhile, [Y/N] was waking up when she saw two puppets poking out of her side of the bed. "Welcome to our lovely kingdom! Where everyone is happy and live happily ever after!!" A puppet of a bear wearing a crown waves it's arms around.
[Y/N] smiles as she hears some giggling before the play continues with trumpet noises. "Oh, what's this?" A puppet of a frog comes to view, "It is I, Mr. Frog! I've come to get the delicious pumpkin pie for myself! May, what a wonderful kingdom!" The giggles continue, getting a small laughter out of [Y/N].
The play continues of the story about a very hungry frog, coming to a small kingdom to get all it's yummy food before another voice comes to play.
"Then, a powerful shadow storms into the castle and fights with the hungry frog!" Mihawk, out of nowhere, picks up the triplets in his arms and attacks them with kisses.
The triplets tried to get away from the attack, but they just laugh. Meanwhile, [Y/N] smiles a bit, seeing her family laughing before giggling as well.
Then, the attention slowly turns to her as the Mihawk gives an order to his kids. "My children. Attack." He drops the triplets on the bed as the triplets quickly crawls to their mother and attack her with hugs and kisses.
The family's laughter brought joy to [Y/N] as the sun slowly raises up for the new day to start. She looks at her small family as a small tear slides down her face as she smiles at them with her whole heart.
