IVY WAS AT HER GUARD POST, TOSSING A HACKY SACK UP IN THE AIR. She was supposed to be staring at the forest, watching for any movement, but there had never been movement ever. Even if there was, she had to get approval before she could shoot, and by that time, the person would be gone. She frowned when she noticed Bellamy heading inside because he was supposed to be at his post. She yelled at the person next to her to cover her spot before jogging over to the man.

"Hey, how you doing?" she questioned. The loss of the people at Mount Weather was really hard on him, more than anyone because of Gina. She furrowed her eyebrows when she saw that his entire guard uniform was in his hand. "What are you doing?"

"Turning in my guard jacket. All of those people in Mount Weather died because I left. I shouldn't be in charge of protecting them anymore," he explained, and his voice was very monotone like he did not want to show too much emotion. He sounded like a robot.

Ivy stared at him in disbelief. There was no way that he actually believed that they were better off without him there. He had kept them alive for forever, and him leaving was going to "First of all, that was not why they died. It's Ice Nation's fault. Second of all, even if it was because we weren't there, we all agreed to leave."

"I swore to myself and Gina that I would keep her safe, that I would keep them all safe," he informed her, shaking his head. He looked over her shoulder and to where Raven and Sinclair were sitting, the only survivors from the attack. "Now, 49 of our people are dead because of me, including her."

"It's not your fault, Bell," she sighed. He blamed himself too much for everything when it was not even his fault. Echo had tricked them, and they had believed her because she saved their lives. Ice Nation used the opportunity of them being away to kill almost fifty of their people inside of Mount Weather.

"How would you feel if it was Enzo? Or Clarke? Or Raven? Or me?"he asked her, and she was about to protest when she realized that he had a really good point there, so she just closed her mouth. "I have to do this, Ivy."

Later that day, they decided to hold a funeral for everyone that they had lost, not just in the Mount Weather explosion, but also the people along the way. Ivy was sitting beside Lincoln, Abby, and Kane in the front of the room. Bellamy was speaking about Gina when Pike walked over to the group of four. He glanced over at Ivy and Lincoln with a glare before addressing the older people that he trusted. "Grounders are here, an army 300 strong camped less than a mile from here."
