𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐞

IVY AND OCTAVIA WERE SHOVED INTO THE THRONE ROOM. Initially, they were hidden behind Titus and Semet, so no one in the room could see that they were there. Some ceremony was clearly going on, but Ivy had had too much on her mind to keep up with everything that the Grounders were doing.

"The Flamekeeper promised we would be heard!" Semet announced as they burst into the room, causing all eyes to fall on the two men, wondering why the hell someone was interrupting another one of their ceremonies. They really could not get through one in peace.

Lexa looked over to the man that was usually standing right by her side, wondering what he needed and why he was there. Ivy had noticed that she usually had no idea about the awful things that were happening, which was good because that meant that she had nothing to do with it but also bad because she was unaware. "Titus? What is this?"

"Something you need to hear, Heda," he answered, and he and Semet grabbed the two girls by the arms and pushed them in front of them so that the rest of the clans could see them and be aware of their presence. Them being there just seemed to confuse people even more.

Clarke's eyes widened when she saw her two friends all tied up, knowing that that meant that Skaikru was probably involved in something else. With Pike in charge, that meant that whatever it was was really really bad. "Ivy! Octavia!"

"Forgive me for intruding on this holy day, Commander," Semet told the woman, bowing his head slightly and speaking more respectively than he was when he first barged into the room. "I am Semet of Trikru and I come seeking justice."

"Explain yourself. Why do you hold Octavia and Ivory of Skaikru prisoner?" she questioned, gesturing to the two that we tied up and clearly exasperated.

Semet was quick to answer, wanting her to know that it was not he that started the fight by kidnapping two people randomly. Ivy was still a bit pissed about the fact that they had saved the village and were still being punished. "They are prisoners of war, Commander, brought here to bear witness to the crimes of their people."

"Skaikru attacked their village," Titus explained further. Semet had briefed him on the way up there. He looked over at Clarke next. "Because their warriors were lost and your people massacred the army we sent to protect you, their village were defenseless."
