Dear You,
Today in first period, I broke down. Thinking about what I almost attempted the other day, brought me into nonstop tears. So I left the classroom and went to the restrooms, and sobbed nonstop. A friend of mine, Teresa, came to check on me, and I acted like nothing bothered me. She told me that the easiest way to get the pain out, is to cut yourself.
So when I went home that day, I went to my room along with something sharp and tried it. It only brought me sadness. It didn't help at all. I felt even worse because I did self harm, which I swore not to do, even in the worse of times. Someone, help me please. From, Me
