The morning sun peeked through the clouds, casting a soft glow over Taehyung's small apartment. After gathering his things, Taehyung carefully adjusted the strap of his bag over his shoulder and balanced Taehee, on his hip. She was dressed in a tiny, fluffy jacket, her bright eyes already sparkling as she giggled at everything around her. Today, like most days, Taehyung was taking her to Mrs. Choi's before heading to college.

Just as he opened the front door and prepared to step out, something unexpected caught his eye. There, right on his doorstep, lay a bouquet. Not just any bouquet-this one was a mix of white tulips, lilies, and roses, their fresh scent drifting in the cool morning air. He froze for a second, brows furrowing in confusion. Who could have left this?

Taehee cooed in his arms, her little hand reaching out toward the flowers, eyes wide with innocent curiosity

Taehee cooed in his arms, her little hand reaching out toward the flowers, eyes wide with innocent curiosity. Her fascination broke him out of his thoughts, and he placed his bag down on the floor, bending slightly to pick up the bouquet with his free hand. It was beautiful, undeniably so, and as his fingers brushed the soft petals, he noticed a small note tucked neatly between the stems.

His eyebrow raised, wondering who would leave something like this. He glanced down at Taehee, who was now trying to lean forward, her tiny hands reaching for the bouquet, her giggles bubbling up again. A small smile tugged at Taehyung's lips-her joy is his happiness. But still, his mind wandered back to the note.

Carefully shifting the bouquet back down onto the ground, he opened the note and began to read. His stomach dropped slightly as he recognized the handwriting.

To the Tiger I Can't Stop Thinking About,

I know I've been the worst lately, and saying sorry feels too small for the mess I created. I also know that I don't deserve your forgiveness right now, but I'm not giving up. I'm willing to do anything to win back your trust, even if it takes forever. So, consider this my first step-a little note to say how much I regret everything, but also to remind you that I'll never stop trying.

Now, you might be wondering about the flowers I sent with this. Each one has a meaning, and you know me, I always love adding a little extra to everything.

White Tulips mean 'forgiveness'. Yeah, I know, I've got some nerve, right? But I'm not expecting you to forgive me yet. This is just me saying I'll be patient, no matter how long it takes.

Lilies symbolize hope. I'm hoping for a fresh start, to show you I'm not the idiot who made assumptions anymore. Well, still an idiot, but a hopeful one.

White Roses represent 'new beginnings'. I want us to have one, Tae. I want to show you my real feelings, the ones I've been hiding under all the enemy nonsense. A clean slate. No more pretending.

And lastly... I know I'm nowhere near earning the right, but I'm really looking forward to meeting that cute little fluffy ball, giggling in your hand, someday. I bet she's as fierce and beautiful as her dad (but probably a little cuter, right?). I'll keep working on being someone worth meeting her.
