Chapter 49

Kacper had a good time with Natisha all day. They went everywhere possible but the library. Kacper knew that Dino and May might also be having some alone time, so he didn't bother them. Finally, they went to the mall to have some lunch. They chose a place that wasn't very crowded. Normally, the less crowded places were the most expensive.

"So, is this a plan to spend some alone time together?" Kacper asked Natisha.

"It's for both couples," Natisha replied.

"I think it's a good plan. Dino and I were also trying to make a plan, but it didn't work. You know there's Lis and Enya. We didn't know how to get you two away from them," Kacper said.

"Oh, we already told them our plan. They are totally okay with it. That's why they didn't come today. I think May and I have to tell the whole story to them tomorrow. I'm pretty sure they can't wait to hear it," Natisha said, smiling.

"Oh, hello, Kacper," a familiar voice called. Kacper looked over.

"Oh, Rosi," Kacper said, smiling. "This is my girlfriend Natisha. Natisha, this is Rosi. Dino and I once accidentally hit her friend's car, and one day they saved us from a crazy man," Kacper explained.

"Hello, Rosi," Natisha said.

"Where's Dino?" Rosi asked hopefully, looking around for him. The reason Rosi always came to the mall on weekends was to see Dino. She had noticed that Dino often went to the mall, lakeside, or park on weekends with his friends. Sometimes he even went shopping. So, every weekend, Rosi also went to those places to see her son, who didn't know she was his mother.

"He didn't come here today," Kacper said, and Rosi felt disappointed.

"Oh, is he okay?" Rosi asked, her tone worried.

"Yes, he's okay. We just came here alone today," Kacper replied. Suddenly, Kacper's phone rang. He excused himself to answer it. It was May. She quickly told Kacper what had happened because he was Dino's best friend. She wanted to inform Dino's parents and asked if he knew his father's number.

"What? Is Dino okay? Where are you? What hospital? Yes, I have his number. I'll call him. We'll come there. Is he okay, May?" Rosi heard Kacper's voice and felt anxious. She had heard Dino's name mentioned.

"What is it, Kacper? What happened to Dino?" Rosi put her hand on Kacper's shoulder and asked. She felt uneasy with what she had heard.

"Dino is in the hospital. He had a seafood allergy. Don't worry; he's okay. I'm going to call his father, and we have to go there," Kacper replied. He quickly dialed Pietro.

"Can you do me a favor, Natisha? This is my number. Can you tell Kacper to give me a call after he sees Dino? I want to know how he is," Rosi said to Natisha.

Natisha wondered why Rosi was so upset about Dino. She looked like she was about to cry.

"Okay, Rosi. I'll do that," Natisha said.

"Rosi, we have to go. Sorry about this," Kacper said.

"It's okay, Kacper. Go and see him," Rosi replied. She wished she could go with them, but she couldn't because Pietro would be there.

Pietro rushed to the hospital anxiously. He felt like his heart was burning. He couldn't believe Dino had accidentally eaten some lobster. He still didn't know what had happened yet. May and Mr. Williams were in the lobby until Pietro arrived. When he came in, they guessed he must be Dino's father because he looked terrified.
