November sixth had finally arrived, and Juniper was feeling both excited and anxious. Her upcoming trip to Paris for Fashion Week was a dream come true, but it was hard to ignore the weight on her heart.

After the conversation with Vinnie the day before, things between them had settled back to normal, and she was relieved. But there was still the underlying lingering confusion, especially with Jack's birthday coming up soon. She shoved those thoughts to the back of her mind for now—she needed to focus on fashion week and the whirlwind that awaited her in Paris.

Juniper arrived at the airport early, where the paparazzi were already going crazy over her arrival alongside Vinnie, Noah Beck, and Jack Wright.

The four of them were all smiles as they made their way through security, flashing peace signs and trying their best to stay casual amidst all the chaos. Once they were settled in first class, the anxiety that had been nagging at Juniper began to ease. She was grateful that she didn't have to tackle the flight alone.

As the plane leveled off, Vinnie leaned over with a teasing grin. "So, excited to "strut your stuff" in Paris?"

Juniper laughed softly, trying to hide her nerves. "Excited? Yes. Anxious? Definitely. I've never been to anything like this before, and it's just so surreal."

"You'll kill it," Vinnie reassured her. "Plus, you've got Givenchy, Louis Vuitton, and Lancôme all sponsoring you. That's pretty badass."

"True," she nodded. "But it's a lot of pressure too. This whole week is gonna be insane, and right after that, I'm announcing the tour."

Noah, who was sitting in the row behind them, overheard and chimed in, "Dude, that's massive! How're you feeling about the tour?"

Juniper sighed and ran a hand through her hair. "I'm excited but nervous. It's my first arena tour, you know? It feels like I'm stepping into a whole new world. But the fans have been so supportive—especially with how well 'Short n' Sweet' has done—so I'm hoping it'll go well."

"You've got this," Jack added, leaning over the seat next to Noah. "Your shows are always insane, and now you're gonna have a bigger platform to show it off."

Juniper smiled, their encouragement meaning more to her than they realized. "Thanks, guys."

As the flight continued, Vinnie glanced at her, his voice dropping to a more serious tone. "You ready for all the chaos in Paris?"

Juniper shrugged. "I think so. I'm mostly looking forward to seeing Jenna on Friday. It's been way too long since I've seen her in person, and I could really use my best friend right now."

"Jenna's always a good buffer," Vinnie laughed, then hesitated before lowering his voice. "How are you...you know, holding up? With everything?"

Juniper paused. She knew what he was asking.

"I don't know," she admitted softly. "I'm trying to keep busy with the music and the tour planning, but it's hard. I've been writing a lot—probably some of my best stuff—but it's all so raw and personal. Sometimes it feels like I'm ripping my heart out every time I sit at the damn piano or pick up my guitar."

Vinnie nodded, his eyes understanding. "Yeah, I get that. But maybe that's how you heal, you know? Through the music."

"Maybe," Juniper replied, her voice tinged with uncertainty. She glanced out the window at the clouds. "I just miss him, Vin. I don't know what I'm supposed to do with that."
