Cas has not been satisfied with his body lately. {If you can pinch it, you can lose it. Once on the lips, forever on the hips. Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels. You can always be thinner, look better. } He just kept on thinking about that kind of stuff lately. He was not sure how to lose weight, but he figured that starvation would work.
Sam and Dean never really noticed, sense angels did not technically have to eat. But they could control their metabolism. Cas made his the fastest that there could be so that he could lose weight quickly. "Just a little more.'' He kept on telling himself. "Just a little more.''
Now, Sam and Dean were starting to notice. The angel's cheeks were gaunter. His eyes were sunken in more. He was slower on hunts, and in general.
So, Dean approached him about it. "Hey, Cas. How have you been lately? Just wondering.'' Cas narrowed his eyes a bit but answered. "I have been fine, Dean. What about yourself? And Sam?'' "We are perfectly fine. Hey, we are going to the El Sol bar. You should join.'' Cas seemed frightened by the idea. "U-um. I am ok, really.''
Dean stopped smiling and gotten serious. "Cas. You look like a fucking corpse. You have dropped like 20 pounds. I have no idea what the hell your problem is, but this shit is ending now.'' Castiel's eyes started to water. Dean blinked, almost surprised at how harsh he had been. He did not realise...he immediately changed his attitude. "Hey hey now...I am sorry, Cas. I did not mean to make you cry. You do not look like a corpse ok? Maybe I was just blowing that a little bit out of proportion. You can talk to me or...Sam if you want which would be understandably so sense I am being an asshole right now about your problem or...problems, whatever it may be ok? I am really sorry, please forgive me.''
Cas nodded. "It's ok, Dean. I forgive you. I will try to work on myself.'' Dean nodded. "Okay. Okay, Cas. Lets just uh...lets do that.''
Cas worked on his eating habits and eventually gotten better.
