Cas was having extreme burnout and fatigue. He was being held by Zachriah. He was whisking him back and forth between heaven and earth, just for his entertainment. This was extremely exhausting for him. It taken a lot of energy out of him.
Eventually, Cas tried to rest for a minnet, but Zachriah caught him. He kicked him in the ribs. "Who the hell said that you could rest?!'' He bellowed. Cas immediately woken up. {Ow...} He thought, gingerly putting a hand up to his ribs. "S-sorry...'' "Yeah...you are sorry. Now get back down to earth!!'' He whisked him back down.
This went on for a few more days until Cas started to hallucinate from sleep deprivation, and eventually, he had a seizure. It was only then that Zachariah sent him back to Sam and Dean. He was their mess to deal wit now, he said.
