Cas was in yet ANOTHER Fight. A bad fight wit multiple angels. The angels were dead, and he had won the fight, but not without a cost. He had sustained a severe injury to his stomach, an angel blade had cut really deep, going almost to the bone. He was losing grace rapidly. With his last ounce of strength, he flew to the bunker where Sam and Dean were. He arrived and immediately (and embarrassingly) collapsed to the floor. He could not even stand up. Dean and Sam looked over. "Cas!!'' They exclaimed in unison, rushing over to him. "Oh, that is not good...'' Dean murmurhed.

He seen the blood and grace oozing from Castiel's wound. "Sammy, go get floss and a sewing needle.'' Dean grabbed a towel and started putting pressure on the angel's wound. "Dont worry, Cas. You are gonna be ok.'' "W-what is that needle for...?'' He asked weakly. "Sorry but you're gonna need stitches buddy,'' Cas grunted and moved a bit. "No...i...I can't let that happen.'' "Look, this wound could re-open or get infected, ok? It is pretty deep. We will knock you out for it.'' "And how will you do that?'' Dean sighed, shrugging a bit. "Sorry.'' Before Cas could ask what he was sorry for, Dean punched him extremely hard. He shaken his hand a bit. "Ow...'' he muttered. Sam came back. "What happened?! Did he lose consciousness?'' "Naw...I punched him. Had to knock him out for these stitches.'' Dean threaded the floss through the needle. "I hate doing these stitches...but it is better than an infection I suppose.'' He pierced the needle through Castiel's skin and began the stitches. At the end, he clipped the floss with scissors. "Another stitch job well done by yours truly.'' He set the items aside. "Mine as well get him a drink, he is gonna need it.'' Sam went and gotten a glass of whiskey. "What now?'' Sam asked. "Now, we have to wait for him to wake up.''

A few hours later, Cas did indeed wake up. "Ow...'' he groaned quietly. "Rise and shineeeee.'' Dean said, smirking. Cas gingerly touched his nose. "Why does it feel like I gotten punched?'' Dean pretended to look sheepish. "Uhh, ya know...'' Cas narrowed his eyes a bit. "Is that why you said sorry?'' "Yup.'' Cas looked down at his wound. "Stitches?'' "Yes. Please just...sit. Dont move a lot or else your wound will re-open. I do not want to have to knock you out AGAIN Just to re-do it.'' "Ok...'' "So care to tell how you gotten such a nasty wound in the 1st place?'' "Bad fight with a lot of angels...'' "Hmm figures...you always be getting into these fights, Cas.'' "Yeah...I know.''

After a few weeks of rest and recover, Cas was as good as new. His grace taken a while to restore, though. He had a permanent scar, but he was thankful for Dean's help.
