Cas had a wound.
He had had many wounds before in his lifetime, but this wound was quite different. He could not heal it himself and it was pretty deep. He knew that it needed to be cleaned. He had acquired this wound from a fight.
So he flew to the bunker, because he himself did not have the proper tools to care for the wound, and he did not want it to get infected.
"Sam...Dean...?'' He called out quietly whenever he arrived. Sam came out of the kitchen 1st. "Hey, Cas. What's up?'' "Where is Dean?'' "On a supply run.'' "Oh...well, I have this wound in my leg and I need to have it cleaned. Sorry to bother...'' "Not a bother at all. Come to the bathroom.'' Cas followed him. "So how did you get this wound?'' "A fight. I cannot heal it though for some reason.'' "No problem. I can help.'' Cas rolled up his pant leg. "Oh, my...that looks pretty nasty...but no worries!! Ok... this might sting a bit.'' Sam put some alcohol on it to clean it. Cas made a face of confusion. Sam made a face of surprise. "Wow, high pain tolerance, huh?'' "No...i... I cannot feel anything.'' Sam's eyes widened. "Huh...? What do you mean by that?'' "Like my wound...it did not sting whenever you put the alcohol on it becuse I cannot feel it.'' "Oh, damn...this is more serious than we thought I guess. Can you still feel the rest of your leg though? And you can walk, right?'' "Yeah...this is scary, what does this mean?'' "Well, I just have no idea how it gotten infected. Perhaps the weapon that they used was dirty or some dirt gotten in it...it could be anything, really. We just need to get this cleaned out as soon as possible so that you do not get necrosis or something.'' "What is that?'' "It is disgusting. It is the death of body tissue.'' "No...'' The angel looked as if he might panic. "Look, dont freak out. Let me just clean this.'' Sam cleaned the wound thoroughly and bandaged it. "You need to let me know as soon as your feeling comes back, ok?'' Cas nods. "Alright...thank you again, Sam.'' "Of course.''
Eventually, Castiel's wound healed, and he gained feeling back again. He never gotten necrosis.
