-Before the Party-

Nacho, Pablo, and Dexter were busy all day preparing for the upcoming night. Presents was too busy working to help set up, and Cookie was busy with his date, Sugar. Tuffy however, was there to help. "Thanks for helping out guys." Nacho said. "No problem." Tuffy smiled. "I needed a distraction. Buckwheat and Lindi are being gross again." Spotter groaned. The boys chuckled. "I'm glad to have you here." Dexter punched his shoulder. "Yeah! It's great!" Pablo jumped on Tuffy. He laughed. "Lifting these tables is a lot. You think I can impress Sherbet with my strength?" Tuffy asked. Pablo frowned. "Just be yourself man. If she doesn't see how awesome you are, that's her problem. You're a great guy Tuffy." He said. Nacho raised an eyebrow at his brother. "Thanks Pablo." Tuffy smiled.

Anabelle was on the phone with Jewel. "Hey, are you going tonight?" She asked. "Of course. I thought we were  going together?" Jewel said confused. "We are? ...Oh yeah! We are!" Anabelle said. Jewel laughed and Anabelle's sister walked into her room. "Ah! Muffin! You could knock!" She exclaimed. "It's my house. I can do what I want. Did you just say you were going to the party?" Muffin asked. "Yeah? So?" Anabelle asked. "You're not going anywhere. You're staying here to do the things I asked you to. You don't live here for free Anabelle." Muffin growled. "Tauri does!" Anabelle huffed. "She's my girlfriend and partial owner of the house. If you go to that party, don't bother coming back. We won't let you in." Muffin snapped. She left and Anabelle sighed heavily. "Bell?" Jewel asked. "Oh! Did you... hear all of that?" Anabelle asked. "Yeah. Listen, you can come stay with me." Jewel offered. "What? What about your siblings?" Anabelle asked. "We'll manage. Lindi's about ready to move in with Buckwheat anyway." Jewel said. "You're sure?" Anabelle asked. "Positive. I don't want you to be with Muffin anymore. You don't deserve her wrath." Jewel said. Anabelle's heart started to pound in her chest. "Thank you Jewel. You're the best." She said. "I know. I'll be there at eight to get you, ok?" Jewel asked. "Ok! I'll pack now!" Anabelle hung up.

"And you're still sure about going to this party?" Potion asked her daughter. Frights smiled and rolled her eyes. "I'll be fine mom! Firecracker and Valor will be there all night with me. Everything will be ok!" Frights said. "We had this conversation yesterday darling. Frights will be ok. Trust her." Shadow urged her. Potion sighed. Firecracker and Valor came in and stood behind Frights. "We have finished our patrol your majesties." They saluted. "Very good. You're dismissed. Now go get ready for this party! Spike will handle guarding the castle while you two are gone." Shadow said. Potion smiled at them. "Yes ma'am, and Potion my queen, we promise to keep your daughter safe tonight." Firecracker said. "Thank you Firecracker." She said. Frights walked out with her guards. "You didn't tell them you were going with a Smut did you?" Firecracker raised an eyebrow. "Heavens no! Are you insane? They'd eat me alive. I can tell them later. Right now, let's just get ready and go have fun." Frights said. Firecracker grabbed Valor as Frights walked ahead. "You make sure that no Smot royalty get's near her tonight, and I'll handle the school kids. Ok?" She asked. Valor nodded. "Copy that." He agreed.

-In Smot-

"Are we really going to a Spit party? This is so stupid! We're gonna get killed!" Skylar snapped. "Skylar we already talked about this! It's neutral ground. Everyone knows not to kill each other. So you make sure that you don't pounce on anyone. I don't care how annoying they are. You will not pounce. Ok?" Glaze growled. "Yeah yeah. I get it." Skylar rolled his eyes. "Bye guys! I gotta go meet with Dreamer! We're gonna get dinner beforehand and then race each other to Skip!" Frost smiled. "Too bad all that running doesn't improve your throw!" Skylar growled. Frost frowned. Glaze pushed Skylar aside. "Have fun on your date Frost. We'll see you tonight." He smiled. Frost lit back up and ran out the door. "Give him a break Sky." Glaze said as the door shut. "He's not gonna get anywhere in football if he just runs!" Skylar exclaimed. "Did you ever think that maybe he doesn't wanna play football?" Glaze asked. "He better play or I'll fucking end him!" Skylar spat. "Skylar! Let it go already! He signed up for Cross Country a few days ago. He already quit." Glaze said. "What?!" Skylar yelled. "Let him go Sky. Let him be happy." Glaze walked away.

"So what do you think Slushy? This one, or this one?" Sydney showed Slush her outfit options for tonight. "Oh, yeah yeah. That one's nice." Slush wasn't paying attention. He was looking at stock images of the Skip Princess. Sydney wasn't blind to Slushes distance. "What are you looking at baby?" She peeked over his phone and he turned it off immediately. He smiled up at her. "Nothing sweetie! You should do this one. It brings out your eyes." He stood up and handed her the outfit. Sydney's face fell for a split second. She saw what was on his phone. A million thoughts filled her head but she said nothing. She just smiled and took the outfit. "Ok. I'll go change and I'll be right back." She left her room. "Glamour!" She caught her just in time. "Huh? What?" Glam asked. Sydney's breath had picked up. She was practically panting and tears were coming to her eyes. "Woah! Ok. Come here." Glam dragged Sydney into her room. "What happened?" She asked. "Slush doesn't love me anymore! He's gonna leave me and I'm gonna be alone forever!" Sydney cried. Glamour was taken back. She stared at her for a minute, trying not to reveal herself. "Um... why do you think that?" Glam asked. "He hasn't been talking to me and he won't even listen when I talk to him! And now I caught him looking at that stupid spit princess!" Sydney cried. Glamour's eyes widened. She thought for a moment and then got an idea. "Come on Sid! Look at yourself! This isn't the bad bitch I know! You don't need a man Sydney! You never did! So here's what you're gonna do. You're gonna go to that party with Slush, and then you're gonna give him a piece of your mind! In public so he can't escape! And then you'll create a pit of guilt in that boy, and he'll be begging you for forgiveness. And you're gonna tell him no and then leave." Glamour had no faith in this plan. "Are you sure?" Sydney asked. "Absolutely!" She was not sure. "Ok! Thank you Glamour." Sydney hugged her and left.

Glamour left to meet Glaze. "Hey! You look amazing." he smiled. "Thanks! We have a problem." Her face fell. "Already?" He asked. "Yeah. Sydney knows that Slush likes the princess." Glamour said. "What?!" Glaze panicked. "Yeah, but I talked to her. I told her to confront him at the party. The plan is, that the two of them will be so busy fighting with each other, that they won't even get a chance to talk to, or even see the princess!" Glamour explained. "That's genius! Oh my god, I could kiss you!" Glaze exclaimed. Glamour's eyebrows show up. "Oh! I- uh- I'm sorry I-" Glaze stuttered. Glamour huffed and leaned in to kiss him. Glaze was stunned as she pulled away. "What was-" She put her hand over his mouth. "That never happened. Now let's go." She said. He smiled and followed her.

"How are we getting out of the castle? This is a horrible idea!" Glitzy growled. Alpine groaned. "If you keep complaining, I'll leave you here!" He snapped. Glitzy huffed and followed him. "I told father we were going to oversee the creation of the new pillories for that lowly protestor." Alpine explained. "You lied? Maybe you are my brother." Glitzy smirked. Alpine rolled his eyes and the two headed out to the party.
