Feelings

Gon was improving. His cold character was slowly going back to his normal cheerful character.

Character development

Something that can make someone heartless to emotional. But gon was not the one who helped himself. It was all thanks to killua who trusted and believed in gon. He gave gon the time he needed. But still, his emotions were only towards killua, no one else.

As the time flown, it was the 5th day of killua and gon living together. All others like Kurapika, Leorio, or Alluka went to their rooms sometimes and talked of their days.

" It's fun to stay with killua," gon thought as he smiled.

" It's so fun, I never thought I could stay this close to gon. " killua thought as he smiled too.

They were both smiling, but they noticed the cheeky smile of themselves.

Gon teasingly asked. " What's up, killua? Are you smiling? " gon grinned.

" Ugh~~ huh!! No, I'm not. You were, " killua replied, face bright red.

" You are all red killua? Are you okay? " gon asked. He touched killua's forehead with the back of his palm. And it made killua blush more.

" You are right, killua. I was smiling. I never knew living with you would be so much fun. I want to stay like this forever, " gon replied. It made killua's heart flutter. Killua felt like he was flying.

" I never asked you about it. Why did you stop calling me? I thought you hated me, " killua asked with his eyes a bit swallowed.

" Well..... my phone broke. But yes, I hated you for one reason. You tried to kill yourself for me. Mr. Wing told me you were in that hospital, " gon eyed and killua just hang his head down.

" Then why you tried to kill yourself? I didn't wanted to live when you weren't with me, " killua replied desperately.

" So then why did you lie to me? You weren't travelling with alluka all the time. When I invited you for your birthday, you didn't come, that's why I wanted to take my life. I thought you hated me. " gon said.

" Well, I wanted to go with you that day when we separated. But it would be so selfish for me to ask more from you, " gon sighed.

" You should have asked me dummy. I felt the same. " killua laughed.

" Hey, let's go to the rooftop and spend some time there," gon said, but his voice sounded like gon was begging.

So they went to the rooftop. The Sky was full with stars and with a round bright moon. The atmosphere was so magical. Gon looked at the sky. He remembered the moment when gon first admitted to killua that gon wanted to travel the world with killua. They were sitting on the cliff beside the campfire.

" Hey, go- " killua stopped when he saw gon crying, looking at the sky. Killua sat close to gon.

" Hey, gon," killua asked, and gon looked at him with teary eyes. The moon was reflecting on his hazel brown eyes.

" Why are you crying, gon? " killua asked, wiping his tears with his thump.

Gon hugged him tightly.

" I- I felt so hated. I never-- never wanted to say those things. I just wanted to stay with you, but I felt so empty. I can't forget those words I said to you. Your sad face, it broke my heart when we separated. " gon cried his all emotions out.

" I can't forgive myself. I just don't want to hurt you anymore. I tried so much, but still, I'm the same hopeless messed up kid. I can't forgive myself. " gon hugged killua so tight, killua can feel gon's heart racing.

Killua grabbed his face with his palms. Gon looked straight into killua's eyes with his teary eyes.

" Look, you did nothing okay. I say too overprotective towards you, but that doesn't mean you are a messed up kid. I always find you were always two steps forward than me. You always find a way to defeat your enemies, and that's so amazing. It was my fault that I didn't stop you when I should. So don't ever think I hate you. " killua said straightly.

" But still, it's selfish for me," gon said. Killua knew what he have to do.

" You silly, you are my dummy, and I forgive you. Now, stop crying stupid. " killua laughed and patted gon's back.

" Now it's the perfect time," killua thought.

" Hey, gon," killua looked straight into gon's eyes with determination.

" I love you, gon. I always wanted to say this, but I never had the chance. I really love you very much, not just as a friend. I love you like my boyfriend. It's okay if you do not fe- "

" I love you too, killua," gon said, smiling.

They looked at each other, and for the first time, he pressed their lips with each other with love and passion and full of determination.

I love you, killua.......
