Red's POV

I stared off stunned into the distance where Chloe had disappeared. Slowly, I started making my way inside. A few kids stared at me as I passed by, to which I shot them a glare, making them suddenly very interested in their shoes. Opening the door to my dorm, I found Chloe already asleep, her face looking peaceful, which made me smile for the first time in a while. I started to walk over to my closet to get my pajamas when I suddenly caught something out of the corner of my eye. On my bed was my sketchbook, I knew i had not put it there. I glared towards Chloe, thinking, 'She had to look at what I was doing, didn't she?'  picking up the book and moving it to my bedside. As I did this, I felt something land on my foot. Putting my book down

I picked up the note and unfolded it, reading, 'Dear Red, I want to talk. I want you to hear me out. I've heard your side, and I hope you'll let me speak mine. i don't want you to forgive me i want you to just listen to my side. if we can talk, meet me under the willow the night before graduation. In the meantime, I'll give you your space. I'm sorry I didn't earlier. I guess I was just scared I'd lose you too, but now I see that you need your space. I'll always be here to talk. Love you - Chloe Charming.'I stared at the note for a long moment, contemplating the pros and cons of what was said.

It made sense; Chloe would want to say her piece. I mean, I cut her off whenever she wanted to say something, so I get that. But do I really want to hear her out? She kissed another person. standing there staring down at the note then up at Chloe i decided it's only fair to let her talk so I'll go, and if it gets out of hand, then I'll just leave. I want Chloe to be someone I can rely on.

(time skip to the night before graduation and yes this is the only way time passes in my books otherwise, we are stuck in the same day for 30 chapters)

It was the night before graduation, Chloe had already left, presumably to get dinner before our talk, but I didn't feel like eating. I was stressed about whatever she would say and whatever my mother would do. I had this gut instinct that it would not end well. Heading downstairs and out the door, I stopped just at the entrance and took a deep breath of the air. I soaked up as much as I could. I wanted to remember my freedom, my safety before it all disappeared like it usually does. staring at the stars for another moment i started Walking through campus, I finally spotted the radiant tree with the blue beauty herself waiting, a stressed look on her face. As I approached her, her face lit up. "H-hi Red, thanks for coming," she said softly. "Alright, start talking," I said, leaning against the tree, my gaze never leaving Chloe, which seemed to take her by surprise.

A/N Alr Cliff hanger lets go i ended this one bc it makes sense to say whatever in Chloe's pov and two bc i have not yet written her speech i might not post on Monday still debating i think i will be posting my Rilaya chapter tomorrow we will see
