Chahat's POV:
"Are you even listening to my words?" Aakarsh snatched the packet of snacks that I was munching on. Bedil, khadoos, begairat, behaya admi. "Array! give it back to me." I got down from the kitchen slab and tried to snatch the packet from him.
"Arsh! wo mere lays hai, vaapas do mujhe." (Arsh those are my lays, give it back to me) I said like a child, stomping my feet on the floor. "Main bhi tumhara hi hoo, par pehle meri baat suno." (I am also yours, but listen to me first) He said, hiding the packet behind his back.
"Arsh mere chips vapas karo nahi to main tumhe disown kar dungi." (Arsh give my chips back to me or else, I will disown you)
"Nahi karunga, Pehle meri baat suno." (No, I won't. Listen to me first)
"Acha, agar main tumhari baat sunungi to vapas kar doge?" (Okay if, I will listen to you then, will you give it back?)
"Hanji" (Yes)
"Aur bhi laakar doge?" (Will you bring more for me?)
"Hanji" (yes)
"Noodles bana kar doge?" (Will you make noodles for me?)
"Hanji" (Yes)
"Pasta bhi?" (Pasta as well?)
"Hanji" (Yes)
"Red sauce or white sauce?"
"jaisa tum kahogi" (Whatever you will say)
"Mixed sauce?"
"Okay"
"Cold coffee?"
"Hanji" (Yes)
"Okay to fir sun lungi." (Okay, then I will listen to you)
He held my hand and took me to the living room, we both settled on the sofa. "Now promise me that......" I interrupted him in between saying, "Tumne to bas baat sunne ko kaha tha, promise karne ke liye to ice- cream bhi...." before, I could complete... he leans forward and pecked my lips. Okay this was better than icecream.
(You only asked me to listen to you, for promise, I need ice-cream...)
"I will do whatever you will ask for but now be serious and listen to me quietly." He said, after pulling out. Serious? I don't remember being serious in the last few days. "Okay!" I nodded.
