These are the words circulating around Tempest this one fine morning. Cheers and merriment filled the air as everyone in the nation celebrated such happy news.

Just 5 hours ago, Maevah finally gave birth to Kenjie. The birth process may have been exhausting and really painful but it's worth it.

Rimuru had offered to boost her pain nullification but the empress refused, wanting to experience everything, the pain and joy of bringing life to the world.

There are those experts in delivering a baby within the country, but the emperor himself did it. He had done surgeries a couple of times for both the human and monster races but this is different.

Thanks to Raphael, she was the most trusted assistant. The ultimate skill rather proposed to auto mode but Rimuru refused. He wanted to do this himself and understanding such depths of feelings, Raphael then assisted her master.

Their bedroom served as the delievery room and the emperor didn't allow anyone in there, not even Maevah's siblings.

So them along with the subordinates stayed patiently outside, trying not to worry so much.

Rimuru witnessed every cry and pain of his wife but his encouragements and comforting words were enough to soothe her.

It was not easy but they made it.

The moment Kenjie had his first cry, everyone outside the room cheered and breathed in relief.

News spread like wildfire and thus the happy commotion for the entire nation. Extending even to their allies who had but one but sincere word for the Tempest crown.

That being: Congratulations.

And speaking of allies, even the demon lords extended their greetings through letters and the communication crystal.

Milim, Ramiris and even Veldora was so over the moon, they demanded to meet the new born baby right away but Noir gave a strict rule of not doing so unless permitted by Rimuru, who at that time didn't come out of the room yet.

But when he did and conveyed the safe delivery, they rushed to the room followed by the rest of the subordinates, only to stop and shushed one another when they saw both mother and son sleeping peacefully.

Their eyes gleamed stars as they cooed at the child, doing their absolute best not to make any noise and wake them up.

Even the wizards didn't hold back from admiring the tiny tot known as Kenjie Rain Tempest.

One look and everyone agrees, this baby prince is the little version of his father.

The hair is as the same color as Rimuru, his eye color of the same golden shade.

All wanted to hold him but held back as they knew it is too early for that. Besides, Rimuru himself didn't hold his son properly besides the time he cleaned and bathed him.

Zarell shed tears seeing his new sibling while his gemstone sisters were but admiring.

But what they did next suprised everyone in the room. They bestowed upon Kenjie fraction of their powers that will serve as a strength to his own gemstones in the future.

Rimuru was the most proud and happy. Not only are his children protective of their new brother but they are Kenjie's pillars too till he can handle his own abilities.
