"Seeing as you came with your gang, I take it you know the topic of today's Walpurgis gathering?" Guy straightforwardly questions Rimuru, his gaze intense.

There it is.

The unveiled truth.

"Ah. Given as you've suddenly summoned one when we had it last month, I figured this is the sole reason. But why is the question. Why concern my soulmate and her sister in here?" Rimuru isn't having it. He needed to know why this is needed before feeding them anymore explanations.

The demon lords present were all but quiet letting Guy do the talking.

"Off course, this concerns all of us. Are you planning on hiding how you evolved into a demon king after you soulmated with that chick?"

The reaction was beyond expected. Ramiris and Milim aside, the others were in a whirlpool of shock. They were surprised as to why Rimuru had this overwhelming aura that is above them to be precise.

Noir smirked fully enjoying what he is seeing.

Maiah elbowed him reminding him silently how he should remain neutral, and that turned his smirk into a frown.
He knew he should do that but can't he enjoy himself once in a while?

"Demon king? What do you mean by that?" Demon lord Draggul's voice raised in disbelief. Ain't no way this newbie could gain this much power by just being soulmated.

"Even I isn't aware of it," Luminus chides looking quite disappointed. They are allies for forest sake! Yet this king chose to shut his mouth.

If they weren't at Walpurgis, Rimuru would've apologized, even ready to bow before her, but he can't do that now. He must take this carefully. Wrong choice of words could lead to something more drastic.

Dino the so called fallen ruler, eyed Ramiris and Milim who were busy reading manga at the moment.

"Oi, you two. You know about this?"

Milim stood up, hands on her hips as she spoke with her chin up.

"Off course! Rimuru is my bestie, ya think he'll keep a secret from me? Nope. He indeed became a demon king but do you see him braggin' about it? No, right? Heh! And the reason you guys weren't told about it is because you might act recklessly and come invade Tempest just to seek your answers!"

Rimuru smiles, pleased at his bestfriends answer. If Milim really get serious, she'd actually pass as a genius.

"You think we are like beast who'll just do that without even thinking of the consequences?" Leon the demoniod defends himself, not amused by Milims choice of words.

"Well maybe not for you Leon, but the others? I doubt it," Ramiris answers this time.

"Had Rimuru told you guys about it, you might have kept it a secret but ya honestly think you'd just settle down with it and move on? Nope! I don't think so. This is a demon king we are talking about."

"Honestly, I have no intention of hiding it from you guys, I was just waiting for a time where all of us are together like this and make sure it's exclusive. I don't know if you'd trust me but I am not planning to brandish this power and claim a throne above all of you. That is never an intention of mine. I might be a demon king now but nothing changes. I am still just Rimuru Tempest your rookie demon lord," Rimuru at last told them his answer.

Silence..

Maevah nervously fiddled with her fingers, hoping it wouldn't lead to a fight or the demon lords asking for proof of Rimuru's claim.
