THIRD-PERSON POV:

A splash of cold water jolts her awake. Isabella blinks a few times, her eyes adjusting to the dim light of the room. Before she can gather her bearings, a sharp tug on her hair pulls her head upwards.

"Ahh, Andee!"  She screams in pain, her eyes landing on the man in front of her. She recognizes his face but doesn’t know his name.

"Oh, does the little princess feel pain?" The man mocks her, chuckling darkly.

"Who are you?" She demands, mustering a shred of confidence.

"Oh, how rude of me! I forgot to introduce myself to my little baby." He says with a fake gasp, his tone dripping with mockery.

"I am not your little baby!" She retorts defiantly.

Her words only earn her more pain as he grips her jaw harshly. Tears well up in her eyes, but she refuses to let them fall.

"You are my little baby. Get that straight into your head." He hisses, his venomous gaze boring into hers. "And since you’re so curious, listen carefully, I am Thrakos. You’ll scream my name soon enough."

Isabella stares at him wide-eyed, her confidence faltering momentarily.

"Ahh!" She hisses in pain again as he releases her jaw roughly.

Tears threaten to spill, but she quickly blinks them away. Noticing her resilience, Thrakos leans in, caressing her jaw gently. The sudden shift in his actions catches her off guard, and a single tear escapes from her left eye.

"Don’t cry, little one." He murmurs, wiping the tear away mockingly.

"I am Thrakos. Call me Thrako or Kos." He says with a twisted smile before leaving the room.

Left alone, Isabella looks around, taking in her surroundings. The room is small, dimly lit by a single bulb. There’s no fan or ventilation, just oppressive silence and the sound of her own breathing.

ROMANO MANSION

"Any updates? Did you find anything?" Andreano barked at the guards, his voice laced with frustration.

"Sir, we’ve sent teams to the locations where her tracker was last detected." The head of security replied nervously.

"It’s been eight freaking hours!" Elio exploded, slamming his fist on the table. "And you’re telling me you still can’t find her? What are you even doing?!"

"Sir!" Alley burst into the room, panting from exertion.

"Any news?" Luca asked, his voice tinged with hope.

"We attacked their bases, but she wasn’t there. Only guards and a few prisoners were found." Alley informed them grimly.

Just then, the hacker working tirelessly at his computer exclaimed, "I’ve got it! Her location is Paris. They’re holding her in an abandoned building there!"
