THIRD PERSON POV:
Everyone gasps including Advay. His mind went numb, seeing her torso which is filled with various marks and bandages. There are few cut marks which look a faded.
"When and why Ishu?" Advay asked with tears in his eyes.
She looks away from him not knowing how to tell him everything. Then she looks at everyone who is standing in the room and she sighs in relief. Angelina starts treating her and injects her injection.
"Don't let...anyone know.... about it...please Angie." She said before closing her eyes.
"I want fresh and light clothes; I need to change her clothes." Angelina ordered looking at them.
"I will arrange clothes for the madam." Sara said and picked her phone but before she could call someone Leonardo said.
"No need, her clothes are kept in her room. You can bring it from her room." She nodded her head confused.
"I will show you." Isandro said and both of them left.

Sara is shocked to see Isabella's room, it's a big room with a teddy bed of blue color same as Isabella's eyes but a light version, as her eyes are little bit dark. Then he takes her inside the closet where the clothes are kept, she gets another shock to see different varieties of clothes present there.
She quickly picked apair of sweat pants and an oversized t-shirt. Soon both of them left from Isabella's room and entered the hospital room on the third floor. The males left the room leaving both the women with a sleeping Isabella. They change her clothes but find her thighs suspicious.
Sara convinces Angelina to not check it as she doesn't want her boss to get angry. Angelina also agreed thinking she will talk about it later with Isabella.
Soon Isandro carried her to her room. He lay beside her, while Inzandro lay on the other side of her. Both brothers stare at her with pure love, soon they both also drift to sleep. Advay didn't argue with him, knowing it's not a time to fight but to take care of her. A few hours later Isandro felt the moment beside him and the little voice of murmuring. He opens his eyes only to witness Isabella talking to a sleeping Inzandro. He closes his eyes and listens to her keenly.
"Inzoo, please take care of yourself. I don't want to lose you again. You know how I feel when you were sleeping. I know that you were safe but I always feel empty and numb. I never feel any emotion other than pain and hurt. Please Inzoo please I beg you to not put yourself in any danger and especially for me. You know what I always feel actually, that I am the reason behind your that condition." She said and again kept her head on the pillow.
