Kagome looked on, her heart still pounding in her chest, as Inuyasha slammed to the ground as if an unseen force pinned him down. She repeated the command once more, her voice firm and clear.

"Sit-boy!" Kagome repeated.

Inuyasha's body slammed down onto the ground again as Kagome repeated the command. InuYasha's frustration mounted with each failed attempt to retrieve the jewel shard. He tried to rise but found himself paralyzed, unable to move against the power of Kaede's curse.

Kagome let out a sigh of relief, seeing Inuyasha constrained and unable to pursue her. She cautiously approached him, the jewel shard clutched firmly in her hand. She spoke firmly, her voice filled with a mix of concern and authority.

"Stay down, Inuyasha. You can't do anything while the curse is active." Kagome says.

Inuyasha laid there, his body still and pinned to the ground. The fury in his eyes was replaced with frustration as he tried in futility to break free. He grumbled out his response, his voice laced with annoyance.

"Damn it! Curse or not, I'm not staying down forever, Kagome!" InuYasha yelled.

Kagome, firm in her stance, responded to Inuyasha's grumble with a firm, repeated command, her voice unwavering.

"Sit-boy! You can complain all you want, but you won't be getting up until I say so." Kagome said.

Inuyasha's body slammed down once more as Kagome repeated the command. He laid there, his muscles tense with anger and annoyance. He let out a frustrated growl but resigned himself to the limitation of his movement.

"Dammit, Kagome! You better not keep me down forever!" InuYasha said.

Kagome couldn't help but suppress a small chuckle as she saw Inuyasha's helpless state. She found a bit of satisfaction in his temporary predicament.

"Don't worry, Inuyasha, I won't leave you like this for long. I just need you to calm down for a bit." Kagome said.

Inuyasha let out another growl, his frustration still evident. But he couldn't deny the helplessness of his current situation.

"Calm down? How the hell am I supposed to do that when every time you say 'that word' I end up flat on my damn ass!?" InuYasha said.

Kagome crossed her arms and looked down at Inuyasha, her expression a mix of humor and mild annoyance. She smirked as she replied, her voice slightly teasing.

"Well, Inuyasha, maybe try accepting your situation for once, instead of being so stubborn. The more you resist, the longer you'll be stuck down there." Kagome says.

Inuyasha grumbled, his ears twitching in irritation. He knew she was right, but his pride made it hard to acquiesce.

"Hmph. Fine, I'll accept this for now. But only because I don't have much choice in the matter." InuYasha said.

Kagome smiled, feeling a mix of relief and amusement at Inuyasha's reluctant acceptance. She knelt down beside him, her voice softer and more understanding now.
