???: <voice> Not finding a list of smugglers. But there were obvious signs it was all stolen...
Rob Lucci: As I suspected. All of the military weapons left in the underground port were stolen after the incident concluded. That's a lot of material—this was an organization's work. The Marines were alarmed about it too.
???: <voice> The Revolutionaries?
Lucci: Yeah. Had to be them. We're done here. Come back.
As he hung up the call, another familiar face stepped forward, looking a bit nervous. He wasn't wearing a mask.
Spandam: Ciper Pol "Aigis" 0
Lucci: They're an obnoxious bunch.
Spandam: Yes! You're exactly right, boss!!
Lucci: Just like you.
Spandam: <winces> Yowza! Talk about harsh! Ha ha ha...ha...
Hattori: Koo-karoo.
Lucci got to his feet and looked around, irritated.
Lucci: Where did the other one go?
Spandam: Oh, he said he wanted to go exploring.
Lucci: <sighs> That one's always doing as he pleases.
Another man appeared behind Lucci. He had very long, messy white hair that reached to his upper thighs. He held a folding fan that covered half of his face, though, like Lucci, he also had a mask on. On his back were two feathered wings.
Xeren: Cipher Pol "Aigis" 0
Xeren: I have a name, you know. You shouldn't be so rude. It's pretty unbecoming.
Lucci: Start taking things more seriously first.
Xeren: Oh, pish. I'm just curious. I've spent most of my life up in the sky. Islands like these are very intriguing. Hee hee hee.

A Marine fleet was sailing through stormy waters. Inside one of them, Fujitora and Sengoku sat around eating.
Fujitora: Once this escort is done, I intend to go a-wanderin'. After all, I can't set foot inside any base without haulin' in Straw Hat and Law with me.
Sengoku: Stubborn fool. One word of apology, and Sakazuki would get to keep his pride.
