Elion walked into the party, dressed in a tuxedo. Milo was next to him. Atlas chose to stay back and protect Hayley.

"I'm gonna search around," Milo muttered, separating from his father.

Elion looked around at the extravagant displays. A woman (a vampire) gently trailed her fingers over his shoulders while smiling at him flirtatiously.

Elion grabbed her hand, gently kissing her knuckle before slipping from her grasp.

He stepped up to Klaus and Rebekah while stuffing his hands into his pockets.

"Who are we staring at," Elion whispered, following their gaze.

"Marcel."

"Oh. Who's his date," Elion asked, staring at the woman in the angel costume.

"Cam..."

"A woman. She's not important," Klaus interrupted, "I suggest we focus."

"Okay then? Is it possible to talk to Marcel? Or is he too prestigious to speak with a lowlife 'vampire' like myself," Elion asked.

"That's one of the reasons why you are here," Rebekah said, "If anyone can gain his favor, it's you, Elion. Cam... The woman is here as a backup plan."

Showtime. Elion went up to Marcel, after he stepped away from Camille (the woman).

"I hope I didn't catch you at a bad time. I just heard that you were the host," Elion said.

"You are," Marcel asked, looking at him suspiciously.

"Apologies, where are my manners? My name is Elion," Elion introduced, flashing a warm smile at him.

Marcel's finger twitched as he stared at Elion. His breath halted in his throat.

What the hell is this? Witchcraft? Lust? He's been with a few guys in his long lifetime, but he barely knows this one.

"Sorry..."

"No, no. You're fine," Marcel said quickly, grabbing his hand, "Marcel. But you already knew that."

His chest warmed up in comfort as Elion chuckled. His smile could light up a room.

Maybe Marcel did like him? He's obviously attractive and polite. Who is he with?

"Did you come here with a date," Marcel asked, looking around to see if anyone was waiting for him.

"Pardon?"

Too strong, Marcel. Back it up.

"I'm just wondering if you had friends here," Marcel asked, correcting himself, "If you want, I can stick with you. So you don't feel out of place."

"In a room full of vampires. I doubt I'd be out of place," Elion smirked, briefly revealing his vampiric fangs.

Why did he find that attractive? Why was anything about this man attractive?

Davina's radar isn't going off. So it's not a spell. Maybe he just needs to get laid.

"As a vampire in your city, I wanted to introduce myself personally," Elion explained.

"That's quite polite of you. You can relax though, get a drink," Marcel smiled.

"Thank you, sir."

"Marcel," Marcel corrected, "Just Marcel."

"Marcel," Elion repeated.

Marcel's eyes darted to his lips. He cleared his empty throat and turned as a vampire came up to him.

Elion dropped his head and stepped back.

"Excuse me," Marcel said, walking away from him.

Elion watched him leave before turning to find Milo. He was with Klaus. Even their stances were similar.

He went up to them.

"If I'd known you had that effect on everyone, we wouldn't need Camille," Klaus said, smirking deviously.

Elion tilted his head at the name. Camille, is it? He seemed so defensive earlier. Elion wondered why his mood changed.

"I suppose not," Elion agreed, "Where's Aunt Bex?"

"Getting things prepared. I suggest you do the same," Klaus said.

Elion glanced at Milo, silently asking if he'd be okay.

"I'll be fine," Milo promised.

Elion gave a short nod before leaving the party.

Back at the (temporary) Mikaelson home, Atlas sat on top of the roof. He stared up at the sky, searching for any sign of stars, despite the city lights.

"You're not supposed to be out here."

Atlas turned his head and crawled to the edge of the roof. Hayley was talking to a witch while a werewolf watched them.

"Who are you," Hayley asked defensively.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to scare you. I'm Sabine," Sabine introduced.

Atlas stayed on the roof, watching them speak. Hayley knew he was there. Apparently, Sabine didn't.

Sabine offered to figure out the gender of the baby. Hayley's eyes briefly darted to him.

Sabine turned to see who or what Hayley was looking at. Except Atlas had moved from sight.

She turned back to Hayley.

"What was that?"

"I thought I saw something. Sure, I guess. I have time so," Hayley said, leading her inside.
