So... this is just a giant database for my fantasy worldbuilding project that includes Crimson Assassin, Dead Sanctum, Gateway of Golden Sands, and more stories to be told in the future if I ever get around to it. Until then...
And if anyone cares...
"But you and I, Alizarin, we both have traded old friends for new ones. But only temporarily, is the most we can hope. When this is all over, there are some old ties I wish to rekindle before I die. Only then can my labyrinth of a life be finally at peace, back to how it once was before I learned the truth. I've been in this business for far too long."
- Mallorn
Mallory Zauberman, known to many as Mallorn, was an agent of the New Moon alongside Rosalian Balcazar, but before that, he was a Sentry of Aestagia. He was skilled with steam sheaths and wielded Glass Grimoire, an old spellbook. Aside from Lawless, he was the New Moon's oldest and longest serving member at the time of Crimson Assassin.

Mallory Zauberman, the Sentry Made of Magic
Characteristics
Appearance
During the events of Crimson Assassin in Fo.A. 737, the 60 year old Mallory Zauberman was a tall (6'2'') man with grey hair styled in middle-parted messy curtains, that he would often sweep it back out of his eyes. His face was slightly wrinkled and had visible stubble, and his face was often shadowed in thought with many emotions. He had silvery eyes.
Mallorn would wear what is described by Alizarin as typical Aestagian clothing, a white button down shirt with sleeves rolled up, and a simple black vest over it. One of his sleeves had the symbol of Rennstadt's white lotus patched to it, and on his right arm was a tattoo of vines and flowers. He wore dark grey pants and dress shoes, keeping it formal yet relaxed. Strapped to Mallorn's left shoulder was a pair of sentry goggles, and around his neck hung a necklace of a silver cross-star with seven points, his symbol. He wore a dark brown belt where a silver flask was clasped, and it had his symbol painted onto it in black ink. This belt also was where he would attach Glass Grimoire, his weapon. A cigarette or cigar would often be found in his mouth.
In the past, Mallorn had black hair in the same style, though slightly longer and wavier, and wore an elite sentry uniform, with a black coat and black boots to designate his rank.
