#12 : Party

"C'monnnn tsukishima stop being a party pooper, just come it would be so much fun, plus you can bring someone with you" yamaguchi says to kei who just typed in his computer minding his own business, "look it would be like a celebration for you and y/n working together and agreeing you'll be like normal human beings when you're together" he didn't want to tell him what the party was really about so he said the first thing that came to his mind.

"That's the last thing I wanna do, why are you so eager" kei looked at him annoyed, "you don't know how to have fun"

Kei looked at him with a bored expression on his face, "I'll think about it, now get out of my office" yamaguchi stood up with excitement , "we'll wait for you!!! I'll text the bar we're going to, see ya!" he ran out of the room before kei could ask 'who's we?'

"Y/nnn are you down to come have a drink with me and yams tonight? i think kiyoko, tanaka and some other friends are coming too, it would be a bummer if you didn't, plus there's a surprise announcement and I don't want you to miss it" yachi whined to the girl who was watching tv, she looked at yachi who was showing her a pleading face.

She chuckled, "Yeah sure! I don't really see why not"

This whole situation was planned by yamaguchi and yachi, calling it "operation getting y/n and tsukishima back together"

They wouldn't admit it, but the two knew they still cared for one another and if they probably had the chance of getting back together again they'd most probably accept it.

So they thought maybe they could make it easier for the them to have the opportunity, sooner than they expected. Plus they were excited to announce that they were dating so it would be a really good night either way.

The party was taking place tonight, and they prepared their asses off for the whole thing. After inviting everyone, all they needed to do was get ready.

It was already nighttime by the time yamaguchi and yachi arrived at the place, of course nobody arrived yet, so they had some time to add more stuff.

Soon enough, people started arriving, including kiyoko and tanaka, the two have been also going on dates but tanaka have not asked her to be his girlfriend yet, because in his own words he wanted them to "take their time." and kiyoko didn't have a problem with its since she didn't want to rush into things.

Some people started singing on the karaoke, some were drinking, and some were just talking.

Y/n got out of her car and noticed a familiar tall blonde in front of the building she was going to, she stopped in her tracks noticing someone beside him, it was to no surprise, Nao.

"You have got to be kidding me" she said as soon as she was close enough for kei to hear her without y/n yelling, "Great, yamaguchi invited you too." kei said walking up the stairs, Nao stayed quiet after greeting y/n with a smile and a wave, even though she kind of thought that she could get kei alone for tonight but she thought wrong.

When they arrived at the room where the party was going on, y/n pulled yachi aside as quickly as she could inside the bathroom, "why didn't you tell me he was coming too?" yachi tried to look as innocent as possible.

"Y/n I swear, I just told yamaguchi to invite people he wanted to be there, im sorry" yachi frowned, but y/n just sighed and smiled at her, "it's okay, there's a lot of people I bet I wouldn't have to even face him at all" she said to yachi but mostly to herself.

They got out of the bathroom, they all started drinking and eating the food that was laid on the table, everyone was having fun and it was starting off great.

When everyone was sitting down and the person who was singing on the karaoke finally finished, yachi and yamaguchi stood up, they were the only ones who wasn't kind of drunk since they didn't want to not be able to remember what they were going to say.

As they both clanged their wine glasses, everyone turned to them, "okay I know some of y'all might be confused to why we held this whole thing, and why we invited all of you, but we just wanted to say we're engaged!" yachi smiled excitedly and yamaguchi laughed,

Everyone looked at them with confused and surprised faces, yachi chuckled "No im kidding, but we are dating though! I know this seems like a big deal just to say we're dating but we wanted it to be fun!" the blonde smiled and everyone cheered for them.

After the announcement, they all continued the party, y/n stayed sitting on the sofa after she talked with yachi about everything she needed and wanted to know between her and yamaguchi.

A guy approached her after a while, noticing that he was kind of tipsy, he's still aware of what's going on though, she figured that maybe it would be great to let lose for a bit since she couldn't deny that Nao being all over kei for the past hour didn't piss her off, might as well just piss him off too.
