Sarah:I kept my promise...right

Context:It's been twelve years since the last oneshot where Sarah had the twins. Both Brooklyn and Eliana are 12 years old and Sarah is 29 years old. TW:MENTIONS OF SUICIDE AND SUICIDAL TALKS

After Sarah was taken to the hospital they found out she had a fainting condition which is why she fainted. Her condition had gotten better when the girls were young but as they've gotten older her condition has gotten worse to the point she's been staying with The Maybank family for a year. When she got a little better she moved out into her own home and just lived her life with the girls. Until the girls got accepted into the best prep school in the state. Sarah had sent them off and when they returned the girls were different than before. Sarah woke up one morning and she saw the girls deep cleaning the kitchen. "Brooke Ellie it's seven o'clock you guys don't have to clean the kitchen right now." Sarah said as she came downstairs. "It's dirty Mom and we have to clean it." Brooke said. Ellie was cleaning the top of the kitchen cabinets when Sarah grabbed her and put her on the ground. "Mom it's not clean." Ellie said. Ellie tried to get back onto the counter when she felt Brooke stop her. "The counter is clean we're done." Brooke said. "You guys still haven't told me about your time at school. How was it?" Sarah said. "It was horrible. They made us clean everything. And then on top of that we had to do school work. It wasn't fun Mom." Ellie said. "Yea I even got these weird burn marks from cleaning so much." Brooke said as she showed her arm. "Those look bad Brookie why didn't you call me?" Sarah said as she looked at Brooke and Ellie. "We couldn't they took our phones everyday and if we tried to use one of the phones on the wall we wouldn't get dinner. "It was like that place Bella's grandparents sent her just because she wasn't listening to them." Ellie said. "Kitty Hawk?" Sarah said. "Yea it messed her up for life and I don't want to be messed up for life." Brooke said. "Bella isn't messed up for life she just has anger issues." Sarah said. "Well we're going to see her." Brooke said as she grabbed her belt bag. Ellie did the same and then the girls started to leave. "Hey you two just can't leave." Sarah said. "Why not Aunt Kie is fine with us coming over." Brooke said. "I'm not you two are staying here." Sarah said. Brooke and Ellie just walked out. "Brooklyn Noel and Eliana Louise get your asses back here." Sarah yelled. Brooke and Ellie just kept walking until they got to Kiara's house. "Hey Aunt Kie." Brooke said as she walked inside. "Bella's in her room." Kiara said. Ellie and Brooke went upstairs and they talked with Bella. Kiara and JJ ended up going out on a date so the girls were left alone. "I just wanted to let you know that this might be the last time you see me." Bella said. "What are you taking about?" Ellie said. "I think today is the last day." Bella said. "Well if you're ending it then I am too." Brooke said. "Me too" Ellie said. All the girls were placing their letters onto Bella's bed when Ellie felt her stomach drop. "Ellie what's wrong?" Brooke said. "I feel like we shouldn't do this." Ellie said. "Well if Bella goes then we go." Brooke said. "Bella can just get help we don't have to kill ourselves." Ellie said. "You're telling me you don't want to die after lying to mom about the truth. About how we found out who our dad is and how he died even though she won't tell us." Brooke said. "I don't know why you want to kill yourself you're not a mentally destroyed as I am."Ellie said. "Hey are we doing this or not because my parents will be home in ten minutes and so will your mom." Bella said as she held out the ropes. Ellie,Brooke,and Bella all tied their ropes around hooks Bella had hanging from her ceiling. "Just before we do this I love you guys so much." Ellie said. "Love you too." Brooke said as she grabbed Ellie's hand. All the girls put their heads through the holes and then the hanging started.

Once Kiara,JJ,and Sarah all got there they called for the girls. Kiara went to check Bella's room to see if they were sleeping and when she walked in she screamed. "JJ get a knife Sarah call 911." Kiara yelled. JJ ran upstairs and he saw what Kiara saw. JJ cut the girls down and Sarah came upstairs too. Once the ambulances arrived they all took the girls to the hospital. The parents followed and when they got there the girls were all hooked up to ventilators. "JJ why are you reading the letter they aren't dead yet." Kiara said. "Because it might be able to tell us why they did it." JJ said. JJ kept reading and he saw why Bella did it. "I'm gonna kill him." JJ said. "Your what?" Kiara said. "I'm gonna my dad he assaulted Bella." JJ said. "You'll be in prison if you kill him." Kiara said. "Well I don't care he assaulted my daughter." JJ said. "Sar why did the twins do it?" Kiara said. "They found about John B and they've felt guilty ever since." Sarah said. Sarah just went into the twins shared room and she saw all the cuts they had all up and down their arms. "I'm sorry that I sent you guys to that school I promise when you both wake up we can get a mini mansion with Aunt Kie and Uncle JJ so you two and Bella can hang out more. Please wake up this isn't funny anymore." Sarah said as she started crying. A nurse came in and she asked Sarah if there was any one she could call. "No it's just me." Sarah hiccuped." "Well we called your brother he's outside talking with your friends I can ask him to come in." The nurse said. "Please" Sarah whispered. The nurse went to go get Rafe while Sarah went into the bathroom. "Sarah I know you're thinking about the worse right now but just open the door so we talk." Rafe said. Sarah opened the door and she fell into Rafes arms. Sarah just balled her eyes out into Rafes arms until she saw the twins open their eyes. "Holy shit Rafe look." Sarah said. The twins were trying to take the ventilator tube out of their mouths when nurses came in and removed the tubes. "This is good news your friend's daughter tube just got removed as well." The nurse said. Sarah was about to say something when she passed out. "Sarah" Rafe said as she shook her. "I need a gurney now." The nurse yelled. "Mom" Brooke and Ellie horsed out.
