As the night wrapped up, Alastor brought two glasses of rye into the bedroom, the amber liquid shimmering under the soft light. Vox's heart swelled at the sight of him, a mix of affection and excitement coursing through him as Alastor climbed into bed beside him.

With a casual grace, Alastor took Vox's hand, intertwining their fingers, and they settled comfortably into each other. The warmth of the rye spread through Vox, enhancing the cozy atmosphere.

"Careful now," Vox teased, leaning back against the plush pillows, "you might just spoil me with all this attention."

Alastor smirked, a glimmer of mischief in his eyes. "Spoiling you is exactly the point." He lifted his glass in a mock toast. "To one month of chaos, love, and good decisions."

"Cheers to that!" Vox laughed, clinking his glass against Alastor's before taking a sip. The rich flavor of the rye warmed him from the inside out.

They settled back against the pillows, Vox picking up the remote and navigating to their favorite show—**Bob's Burgers**. The familiar opening theme filled the room, and as they watched, the laughter and absurdity of the Belcher family unfolded around them, perfectly complementing the warmth and intimacy they shared.

Vox leaned his head against Alastor's shoulder, feeling utterly content. Alastor's fingers absentmindedly traced small patterns on Vox's palm, and every brush sent delightful shivers up his spine.

"What's your favorite episode?" Vox asked, a playful glint in his eyes as he stole a glance at Alastor.

"Hmmm, that's tough," Alastor replied, tapping his chin in mock contemplation. "I'd say 'Easy Com-mercial, Easy Go-mercial.' It's just so delightfully chaotic, and I can relate to Tina's struggles with expressing her feelings."

"Great choice!" Vox grinned. "Tina's always so relatable."

As the episode continued, they both found themselves laughing at the antics on screen, the world outside fading away. With each passing moment, Vox felt more and more at ease, the earlier tensions of the day melting away like snow in the sun.

As the credits rolled, Vox turned to Alastor, who was looking at him with a soft smile. "You know, I could get used to this," Vox said, his voice barely above a whisper.

"What? Watching **Bob's Burgers** in bed?" Alastor teased.

"Yeah, but also... being with you. This—us." Vox's heart raced as he met Alastor's gaze, the sincerity in his voice echoing in the silence between them.

Alastor's smile widened, and he squeezed Vox's hand gently. "I feel the same way. You make everything better, Vox. Even the chaos feels right when you're around."

Vox leaned in closer, their foreheads touching as the warmth of their connection enveloped them. "And just think, it's only been a month. We have so many more adventures ahead of us."

Alastor chuckled softly, his eyes sparkling. "I can't wait. Just promise me one thing."

"What's that?" Vox asked, curious.

"Promise that we'll always make time for moments like this," Alastor replied, his voice serious yet tender. "No matter how crazy things get."

Vox nodded, a genuine smile spreading across his face. "I promise," Vox said, looking down at his promise ring. "This is what I want more than anything."

As they settled back into the warmth of each other's embrace, the world outside faded completely. They finished their drinks, laughter mingling with the silly antics on the screen, and with each sip, each shared moment, their bond deepened further.

Eventually, as the night wore on, Vox could feel his eyelids growing heavy. He nestled closer to Alastor, savoring the warmth radiating from him, feeling safe and cherished. Alastor, sensing Vox's drowsiness, turned off the television, cradling Vox in his arms.

"Get some rest, love," Alastor murmured, his voice soft and soothing.

Vox let out a contented sigh, closing his eyes as he melted into Alastor's embrace. "Goodnight, Alastor. Happy one month."

"Goodnight, Vox. Here's to many more," Alastor whispered, pressing a gentle kiss to Vox's forehead before settling in beside him, both of them drifting off to sleep, wrapped in the warmth of their love and the promise of tomorrow.
