Hi guys. I hope you're doing well.
Last Thursday & Friday, West Bengal and Odisha got hit by the cyclone Dana. At my place, we got to see heavy rainfall in these two days constantly. My family & I are lucky to have safe shelter. But that wasn't the case for many in coastal regions. Districts of West Bengal i.e South 24 Parganas and East Midnapur gravely affected by Dana. According to Scroll.in, "Severe cyclonic storm Dana made landfall in Odisha between the Bhitarkanika National Park and Dhamra shortly after midnight on Thursday, killing at least one person in West Bengal, reported NDTV."
So, I couldn't attend my classes and hence completely wasted my day by scrolling through YouTube, TV in my hands. Ik it's not productive. But anyway, do I care? 🙃
Last Friday, Jin of BTS, released his song "I'll Be There". His first solo album, HAPPY, will be releasing this November. And "I'll Be There" is a pre-release track of the album. Honestly, I loved the song, infinity/10. But my only grip would be those close-up shots of Jin, which were used in teaser and used in the MV as well.
99.99% of the ARMYs find those shots super satisfying. While the remaining 0.01% aka me, find it a bit distracting & annoying. So, to enjoy the song, I play the MV & either put down the phone to not see it, or minimize the browser on PC. Either way, I'm listening & streaming the song. And that's great.
Have I mentioned about Hobi recently? Hobi aka Jhope of BTS got discharged from the military. Jin went there to welcome him. And all of us ARMYs loved this wholesome moment.
I also saw the news on X, some haters were sending funeral wreaths in front HYBE building, demanding SUGA's departure from BTS because of his DUI case. ARMYs, who went there, booing them, showing support for SUGA. On X, ARMYs were sending d**th wishes to those haters. It was hella chaos. And wreath senders are absolutely pathetic.
