hours passed, they can't find the exit...

The frantic footsteps of Divine and her friends echoed through the long, dark corridors of the hospital, the laughter of the two men still ringing in their ears. Every corner they turned only led to more shadows and uncertainty. The oppressive atmosphere seemed to thicken with every passing moment, suffocating them with dread.

“We have to find a way out!” Tom shouted, his voice strained with urgency. “Where’s the exit?”

“I don’t know!” Divine admitted, panic creeping into her voice. “We should have taken a left back there, not right!”

“Stop arguing!” Rhea snapped, her brow furrowed with worry as they pushed deeper into the maze of hallways. “We just need to keep moving!”

But as they stumbled through the twisting passages, exhaustion began to take its toll. They were losing their sense of direction, and fear gnawed at their resolve. Divine could feel the weight of the situation pressing down on her chest, suffocating and claustrophobic.

Suddenly, Jennifer’s voice broke through the tense silence, filled with accusation. “This is all your fault, Divine!” she hissed, her eyes wide with anger and fear. “You’re the one who wanted to come here! You dragged us into this mess!”

Divine halted, stunned by the sudden outburst. “What are you talking about?” she retorted, her voice shaking. “We all agreed to come!”

“That doesn’t matter now!” Jennifer shouted, frustration boiling over. “If we hadn’t come to this stupid hospital, we wouldn’t be in this situation!”

“Jennifer, that’s not helping!” Gustav interjected, trying to diffuse the tension. “We need to stick together and find a way out!”

“Why should we listen to her?” Jennifer shot back, pointing an accusatory finger at Divine. “She’s the one who thought this would be a fun adventure! Look where that got us!”

Divine felt her heart sink. “I didn’t know this would happen,” she pleaded, her voice trembling with emotion. “I just wanted us to have fun, to do something exciting together.”

“Exciting? We’re being hunted by two psychos!” Jennifer spat, her anger fueled by fear. “You think this is fun? You think this is a joke?”

“Enough!” Tom barked, stepping between the two girls. “Fighting isn’t going to help us. We need to focus on getting out of here.”

“Tom, you don’t understand!” Jennifer cried, her eyes welling with tears. “We’re going to die because of her!”

Divine felt a pang of hurt as Jennifer’s words struck her like a physical blow. The accusation hung heavily in the air, wrapping around her like a noose. She had only wanted to bring her friends together, to create memories, but now it felt like everything was unraveling.

“Why are you blaming me?” Divine asked, her voice breaking. “I didn’t want any of this to happen! I wanted us to be together, to have fun!”

“Fun?” Jennifer echoed, shaking her head in disbelief. “You think this is fun? You think it’s fun being chased by two men with axes? Because it’s not!”

Rhea stepped forward, her expression serious. “Jennifer, we’re all scared. Pointing fingers won’t help us get out of this mess. We need to work together, not tear each other apart.”

“Exactly,” Tom said, placing a reassuring hand on Divine’s shoulder. “We can’t afford to fight amongst ourselves. We need to find the exit, and we need to do it now.”

Divine took a deep breath, forcing herself to steady her emotions. “Let’s just keep moving,” she said, her voice steadier now. “We’ll find a way out, I promise.” Jennifer yelled “You always promise!”

They began to walk again, but the tension remained palpable. Divine could feel the weight of Jennifer’s anger pressing down on her, the unspoken blame lingering in the air. Each step they took felt heavier than the last, a reminder of the growing divide between them.

As they moved deeper into the hospital, the walls seemed to close in, the shadows lengthening with every heartbeat. Every creak of the floorboards sent shivers down their spines, reminding them of the danger lurking just beyond their sight.

“Maybe we should split up,” Georg suggested, his voice barely above a whisper. “We might find the exit faster.”

“No!” Divine exclaimed, her heart racing at the thought. “We can’t split up! That’s how people get lost!”

“WHY DO YOU ALWAYS COMPLAIN?" Jennifer shouted at divine, her eyes scanning the dimly lit hallway.

Divine felt a wave of despair wash over her. “Its because we need to stick together,” she reiterated, trying to keep her voice steady. “We can’t lose anyone else.”

With that, they pressed on, tension still simmering just beneath the surface. They stumbled upon more darkened rooms, remnants of a life once lived, all the while feeling the weight of their fears and frustrations pressing heavily on their shoulders.

As they turned yet another corner, they found themselves in a wide, open area filled with broken furniture and debris. The flickering lights overhead cast strange shadows that seemed to dance and mock them.

“Is there another exit?” Rhea asked, peering through the darkness.

Divine nodded, trying to remain optimistic. “There has to be! We just need to keep looking.”

But as they continued to search, Divine couldn’t shake the feeling that time was running out. The shadows felt alive, and the laughter of their pursuers echoed ominously in the recesses of her mind.

They had to find a way out before it was too late. And the longer they stayed, the more the darkness threatened to consume them all.
