I sat on the sofa, my suitcase waiting for me in the hallway. I was meant to leave to go see my grandparents an hour ago, but my step-dad said he needed to speak to me. My brother is on the sofa opposite me, looking guilty as he stared at the floor.
My father stepped into the room, holding a mug of tea and gave it to me.
"Here. Drink."By the tone of his voice, today wasn't the day to argue with him, so I reluctantly took the mug with shakey hands.
"Thanks." I mumbled, bringing the cup to my lips.
I looked at my brother infront of me as I took sips from the cup. His eyes looked like a small puppy's who had gotten into trouble.
My eyebrows crease at him as he mouths an "I'm sorry" to me. I was confused, but then the mug got taken off me as I was told to lay back on the sofa.
I did as I was told to, but as soon as my back hit the soft cushions of the velvet everything went black.

The boys and I were sitting in their dressing room, talking about their show. Cameron was sent to give a message to someone by Kathy, but that was ten minutes ago.
I think everyone's went back to the hotel, leaving us as the only people here. Louis told Cameron that we would wait for her to come back so we'd all drive back to the hotel, but the five of us started getting suspicious as to where she was.
"She probably just went back to the hotel." Harry shrugged, standing up.
"At this point, she probably has." Louis decided, getting the rest of us to stand up and we left the room.
All the lights were switched off, which was already a bad sign. We had to use the flashlights on our phones to see where we were going. By the time we got to the front door, it wasn't even surprising that it was locked. And to make matters worse, the door wasn't unlockable from the inside.
"Splendid." Niall sighed, digging through his bag and taking out his phone. He went through it for a minute before pressing a contact and holding it out between us all.
The phone was on speaker and the contact read "cam", the phone being picked up a moment later.
"Hello?"
"Hey, Cam, can you grab the car and pick us up?" Louis answered, arms crossed over his torso as his foot tapped against the ground.
"What?"
"Can you grab the car, drive down to the stadium and pick us up? We got locked in and the door doesn't open from the inside." Louis repeated, assuming the reception from in here was terrible.
"Hold on. We got locked in?"
"Fuck," Liam muttered. "Where are you?"
There was a pause on the line. "Funny story...I don't know."
"So you're lost somewhere in the stadium?" Niall clarifies.
"Yep...In a hallway. All the lights turned off about ten minutes ago."
