"Good luck."

The iron door shut with a hiss as if it were locking- which it probably was considering this guy is a pshyco.

Liam was notorious for being a problem solver among all of us -except for those Mike and Ted guys, we have no idea who they are- so he was looking around. There was also a sign on the other door, which also seemed to be locked.

"Open your envelopes and work together to find the code" was written on the sign and on the wall was a shelf of some sort, 100 wooden letters on the floor in a bowl.

"Looks like Jigsaw raided a fucking game of Scrabble." Louis muttered.

Liam was already onto it, tearing open his letter and reading through it. He stepped over to the bowl of letters and sifted through it for a second, pulling out an "L" and setting it on the shelf as Louis gave him a funny look.
"The fuck are you doing, Liam?"

"Hurry up. Open your envelopes and look for a randomised capital letter."

We did as Liam told us to, setting an array of letters on the shelf except for Ted, Mike and Niall. Ted and Mike's were plain pieces of card while Niall only muttered "What the fuck" at his.

"What?" I ask and Niall directs the card in my direction as I read it aloud.

"your mother isn't who you thought she was"

"And before you ask Liam, none of it is capitalised." Niall said.

"What's that mean? Did J know your mother?" Calum asked and Niall only shrugged, stuffing the paper into his pocket.
"I don't know. Just forget it for now and figure out what we're meant to do."

"Already did." Liam turned around to us, just about being able to see it said "Welcome" in the dim light.

"'Welcome'? Welcome to wha-" Louis started but was cut off by the door with the paper on it opening. There was what seemed to be a white hotel suite inside. Everything inside was white, like it was waiting for something to stain it and ruin the one colour consistency going through it.

There was a clock on the bedside table, except it was a timer counting down in red numbers.

There were eight envelopes, addressed to each of us except Ted and Mike.

I opened mine, 11 words written in bold inside.

"Ted and Mike are out to kill you. Get them first."

I'm taken aback, looking over at the other boys' envelopes which all say the same thing. Niall had two papers, a quietly pointed it out to us.

"There's a gun with one bullet hidden somewhere. Ted and Mike may already have it, though."

I whip around to see one of them already holding the gun, trying to hide it but failing miserably. I act as if I didn't notice and come up with a plan in my head, whispering to Ashton and Niall.
"Ashton, you make sure the one without the gun can't go anywhere, Niall, you grab the gun from him." They nod as the other boys watch confusedly.

I start walking past the one with the gun who I'm going to assume is Ted for the time being because he simply looks like his name would be Ted. I act as if I'm just looking around and Ashton does the same thing with who I'm calling Mike.
