Author's POV:-

‘Sab kuch pack kar liya na Saanvi?? Kuch bhuli toh nahi??’ Yash screamed as he once again checked their luggage.

‘Haa baba sab kuch ghusa liya..’ Saanvi chuckles as he could see the excitement in his face.

And why will he not ?? After one long year ,he is meeting his parents. His dad and his mom.

Yash sighed, giving her a pointed look as he crossed his arms.

‘Kya hua aise kyun dekh rahe ho??’ Saanvi said putting his arms down not liking the look he is giving right now.

‘Tumhare medicines aur hot bag ka kya hua??’ he asked.

Saanvi bit her tongue. She almost forgot about her medicines.

‘Bhul gayi..hehe’ she gave a nervous look.

‘Le Liya meine madam..apko sab yaad rehti siway apke apne important cheez chork..you know how much important this medicines are ?? Your gynecologist has already told to take this medicine time to time and still you forget to take it??’ he shake his head scolding her.

‘Kya karte iske bina??’ he says packing her medicines into his bag securely.

She smiles wrapping her arms around his waist.

‘Tum ho na..mujhe yaad dilane k liye hmm..mere pyaare se cute sa choco pie’ she teases him by pinching his cheek.

‘Saanvi !!!’ he whines, shoving her hand.

He doesn't like when someone pinch his cheek because it feels he is a kid and she loves doing it.

She giggles poking his cheek more which ended up making him laugh.

He pulls her in front of him as he says, 

‘You know I am very happy today..kal kitne dino k baad mom dad se milunga …mom toh tabse phone hi kare jaa rahe hain kab niklenge kal subah …’

Saanvi smile slightly fades but continue listening to him wrapping her arms around his neck.

Seeing her face ,he understood the reason.

He sighed, ‘kya soch rahi ho??’

She shook her head, ‘Kuch nahi bas..’

She sighed but continued…

‘Aapke mom abhi bhi mujhe accept nahi kar pay’ she looked down.

‘He gripped her chin making her look at him, 

‘Mein maanta hu shuru shuru mein usko problem hui thi..but you know …she has changed now…she has accepted you..she always asked about your health.. ask about you’

She nods her head smiling sadly, ‘Sayad mein hi aapke liye per–’

Before she could complete he cut off by kissing her lips. She smiled as she too kissed him back happily.

‘Don't go there Saanvi …you know I love you…you are absolutely perfect for me …I need only you ..JUST YOU’ he whispers, pulling her into a tight hug.

‘I know and I love you too my chocopie’ she giggles gripping his jaw giving a kiss on his earlobe.

‘Ab chalo so jate hai…kal bahut lamba safar karna hai …and for that we both need a complete rest’ with that both of them went to bed.

Next day,

It was 11 am in the afternoon when they reach his parents house.

Kavita and her husband Mahir both were standing at the door ready to welcome there son and their daughter in law.

She did their aarti and fed some sweets to them.

Saanvi smiles as she took her blessings,

'Khush raho beta' she murmurs giving her famous fake smile.

Then Mahir give his blessings, 'Kaise ho beta... tumhe toh apne papa k yaad bhi nahi ate' as he place his hand on her head.

He always loved her as her own daughter.

Listening to him ,she shook her head, 'Aisa nahi h papa..aap aur mumma ko toh hum log humesha yaad karte hain. Ab aa gaye hain na jamke baat karenge' she grins.

Mahir nods his head.

On the other hand Kavita to her son, 'Kaisa hai mera munna?? tu toh apni mom ko bhul hi gaya jabse shaadi kiya hain Saanvi se'

She said while indirectly taunting  her. Saanvi silently listen to her.

Yash groans, 'Aisa nahi h mom,aap jaante hai na humara company mein kitna pressure h kaam ko lekar... isliye utna time nahi milta yaha Ane ka'

Kavita nods her head.

'Waise tu itna patla kaise ho gaya..Tera toh haddiya nikal gaya sharir se..ache se khata nahi ha kya??'

Yash chuckles, 'Really?? Mein patla ho gaya hu!! I have started doing jogging daily...usi ka asar h'

'Tere Umar mein log ache se khana peena karte hain..aise jogging karke kya milta ha bata Munna?? Isliye bolta hu ki yaha permanent aa jaa..apne mom k hatho ki khana khayega ek din mein sharir bana dunga' Kavita said not liking her son doing this jogging and all.

'Are Kavita yaha khare khare duniya bhar ki baate karogi ya unlog ko badhne bhi dogi.. they got tired after having a long journey..baate waate toh chalta hi rahega baad mein' Mahir said.

Saanvi and Yash both chuckled.

'Ohh haa haa mein bhul hi gayi..aajao tum log jao upar..room ready h..rest karo thoda..tab tak I will prepare some snacks for you both' Kavita said as she rushed to the kitchen.

Yash chuckles as he gently grab Saanvi's hand and went to upstairs to their room.
