"Hey," Lizzie said as I walked over to the table where she was sitting and she stood- seeming like she was gonna hug me before she backtracked and I hugged her, she must've remembered I don't like hugs.
"Hey, sorry I'm late, I had stopped by to see Royalty." She just smiled and waved me off. "You alright?" I asked and she gave me a confused smile. "I mean.. for lunch, I don't know I just figured you would've wanted some time away from me after last night."
"Why would I want that? We're friends and I thought we could have lunch."
"Oh, okay," I said, and looked at the menu trying to see if anything was good.
"How.." I looked up at her as she talked, my lips pressed together. "Your daughter how is she?"
A smile crept onto my face. "She's good, and growing as babies do." I answered I had been spending more time with Royalty any chance I had I was with her, I felt like I had finally- or was gettin more into this mom thing.
"That's good, Jordan." She said and I smiled.
"How are you?" I asked her and she said she was good, and I looked down at the menu that at her. "That's good."
"What're you doing for the next couple of days or weeks?"
"Spend time with Royalty and make music I guess," I answered and she nodded with a smile. "Halloween is coming up and I was thinking of having a little party," I told her, it would be Royalty's first Halloween and I knew she wouldn't even remember it but I wanted to do something special for her. "You can come if you want."
"I'll stop by." She said and I smiled, the rest of lunch was pretty basic, and making conversation was easy, and I was happy that we could still be friends after all this.

"D'you think there's something wrong with me?" I asked Lexi as I sat on her floor Royalty in my arms, and I flying her around like Superman loving the giggles she let out.
"Yes, definitely." She answered and I turned to glare at her. "Oh, you're serious?" She asked and I nodded. "I don't know, maybe." She said and I furrowed my brows. "Why do you ask?"
"I slept with someone yesterday-" She made a noise, and I cleared my throat. "But I got someone's number- is this weird?"
"What weird?"
"Me talking to you about women after.. everything." She shrugged.
"I don't mind."
I sighed while trying to figure out if I should talk to her or not, but it was either talk to her or talk to Jared and all he would tell me to do was fuck as many bitches I could.
"I slept with someone last night but I also got someone's number and it feels like I did something wrong because I told someone the day before that I wanted to be with them." She stared at me, then looked at Royalty, who I was still flying around.
"Are you with the person you wanted to be with?"
"No, she said we should be friends."
"Then why do you think you did something wrong?"
I shrugged and sat Ro down laying her on her stomach and watching her little limbs kick."I don't know, maybe I should've waited.. to just jump in bed with someone, I don't know I just feel weird," I said trying to awkwardly convey how I felt about the situation. "And I got Ro to think about now I gotta.. I have to be her mom."
"Okay, first, yeah, you could've waited sometime before sleeping with someone else but it's okay because you don't have an obligation to anyone-" she paused for a second and I looked over at her. "Do you?"
