Chp 8. Do Better. Be Better.

I held Kehlani's hand as we laid in bed together and she leaned into my chest, and she looked up at me and I turned my head to the side, hearing some flashes and I turned to look at them and they looked at the camera and some more flashes and turned to look at me their eyes staring at my lips and I gulped.

Be better. Do better.

I looked down at their lips and they licked them, and it made this thing feel so much harder, I looked them in the eyes and put my hand under their chin tilting their head to look at me.

"Great! That was great! We got the picture!" The photographer said and only then did I remember that we were at a photo shoot.

I guess they did too but they smiled and rolled over their hand falling out of mine, and I sighed getting up from the bed while someone handed me a shirt, and I pulled it on.

Kehlani and I went to look at the pictures and looking through them I grimaced cause the way I was looking at them was anything but friendly, but that was what we needed for the shoot.

They looked at me and I glanced over at them before going to my dressing room, we were doing a photo shoot and shorting the music video for our song today, and I completely forgot how hot she was.

Well I mean I didn't I just hadn't seen them in a while, I got changed into my outfit for the first shoot which was Kehlani and I laid up in bed, I got my shot on and went back so we could film.

I laid down and the director told me how he wanted me to lay and then they got Kehlani in position telling us to hold hands and I took their hand placing a kiss on the back of it and they laughed, looking me in my eyes and I smirked.

"That's great! Hold that position." The director said and my eyes scanned their face, she was beautiful and I was loving her red hair.

Once they got the shot we stood in front of a backdrop and they wrapped their arms around my neck as our song played I put my hands on their waist and we leaned in like we were about to kiss but never did just as we were directed.

We did some shoots in a car the music playing and we did some more shots in the bedroom and solo shoots before we decided to call it a night, and when we were done I went to my trailer to change my clothes. I sent one last look to Kehlani as I started walking away.

I got in my trailer shut the door taking a deep breath and rubbed my hands over my face, I sat on the couch a deep sigh leaving my mouth, the intimate scenes shouldn't have been that hard to film but I could feel myself getting excited and I knew Kehlani could feel it too as she had laid on top of me at one point which wasn't even a scene we needed but it happened.

I needed a cold shower, or just some pussy either one would work.

I heard a knock on the door and yawned before telling whoever it was to come in, they came in but said nothing but when I caught a whiff of the perfume I knew who it was.

Their hand moved along my shoulder and I took a shuddering breath in, my chest rising and falling until I looked up and saw Kehlani in front of me.

"Fuck." I whispered under my breath as I saw the look in their eyes and I knew mine probably mirrored theirs.

They bit their lip and I wanted to be kissing them, but they smirked and I took a deep breath. "You got a phone charger?" They asked and I knew they were fucking with me.

"Nah, I don't," I said my voice sultry just as theirs had been, and she hummed nodding, and started to walk out but I grabbed their arm and stood up pulling them to flush against me and they gasped but stared at my lips.

I knew all of this was wrong, so very very wrong, but I couldn't pull myself away. Everything was screaming at me to back up and let her go but I only found myself leaning into the kiss she had so generously offered.

Wrong! Wrong! WRONG!

I ignored the voice as I picked them up by their thighs and laid them on the couch, feeling my dick start to wake up in my pants as the kiss got more heated.

"Baby? I'm home!" I called as I got in the house I locked the door behind me as I walked into the living room, and Lexi was on the couch and I leaned down to kiss her head but she dodged me, making me frown. "What's up witchu?"

"Where have you been? I've been texting and calling you all day!" I sighed knowing it was one of them days.

"My phone died. And I didn't have a charger so I couldn't respond even if I wanted to." I said trying to keep myself calm I didn't want to fight with her right now. I was tired.

She just narrowed her eyes at me and scoffed and I rolled my eyes, going up the stairs to take a shower I stayed in there a bit longer just letting the water run over my body a sigh leaving it as I stepped out my eyes widening when I looked at her and she frowned looking me up and I down and I grabbed a towel and wrapped it around my body.

"What?" I asked after a moment of her just staring at me, and she blinked a few times opening her mouth before closing it and I frowned.

"Never mind." She mumbled and walked out leaving me confused, I stared at the spot that she was in for a few seconds before I dried myself off and pulled on a wife beater tee and some shorts.

I went downstairs to try and find her, not seeing her anywhere in the house but when I looked out back I saw her out there sitting on a blanket her journal in her lap I bit my lip feeling my phone vibrate in my pocket and I pulled it out seeing Lizzie's contact name.

She asked me to come over and I looked up from my phone to look at Lexi who glanced up at me through and I looked back at my phone typing out a reply put it back in my pocket, and took a deep breath.

I think this is slowly starting to be my fav book I've written
