As they continued down the road, Jungkook's curiosity kept bubbling up, and he leaned over, poking Taehyung's arm with a cute bunny smile. "Tae, seriously, where are we going?" he asked, his voice soft but full of excitement.

Taehyung just chuckled, keeping his eyes on the road but letting his hand drift over to Jungkook's thighs, giving it a squeeze. "You're too impatient, Kookie," he teased, glancing over with that familiar mischievous glint in his eyes. "Good things come to those who wait, you know?"

Jungkook pouted, letting out a small huff as he folded his arms across his chest. "You've been saying that all night," he mumbled, though he couldn't help the smile tugging at his lips. "Come on, give me a hint at least..... Are we going to a fancy place? Or.... or maybe a quiet little spot just for us?"

Taehyung just shook his head, a soft laugh escaping him as he reached over, letting his fingers trail over Jungkook's thigh. "Not even a tiny hint, love. You'll just have to trust me," he whispered, his hand gently squeezing Jungkook's thigh as he glanced at him, his smile turning warm and soft.

Jungkook felt his cheeks flush, his heart doing a little flip as Taehyung's hand lingered, his touch sending sparks up his skin. He bit his lip, trying to ignore the way his heart was pounding, and glanced at Taehyung with a shy smile. "You're such a.... naughty bad man Tae..........." he murmured, barely able to look away from him.

Taehyung just laughed, giving his thigh another gentle squeeze. "Only for you, Kookie," he said softly, his thumb brushing over the fabric of Jungkook's jeans, his eyes full of affection. "Now sit back and enjoy the ride. You'll like where we're headed, I promise."

Jungkook let out a small, contented sigh, his cheeks still flushed as he leaned back, glancing out the window but unable to keep the smile off his face. Every little touch, every gentle squeeze, it all felt so natural, so full of warmth. And with Taehyung's hand resting on his thigh, he felt like he was right where he was meant to be.

As they drove into a quiet, dark area, Taehyung finally pulled over, parking the car. The streetlights were dim, casting just enough glow to make out each other's faces. Jungkook looked around, a mix of curiosity and a little worry flickering in his eyes.

"Why did you park here? It's so dark...." he asked softly, his tone unsure but trusting. But a flicker of doubt lingered, and in the smallest voice, he murmured, "You're not going to kill me, right?" His big doe eyes were wide and full of innocence, almost as if he was only half joking.

Taehyung felt a pang in his heart, a slight ache as he remembered their toxic past and the hurt he had once caused Jungkook. He reached over, pulling Jungkook into a tight hug, letting his warmth speak the words he couldn't find. Pressing a tender kiss to Jungkook's forehead, he whispered, "No, Kookie. I'd never hurt you again. You're safe with me, always." His hand cupped Jungkook's cheek, his thumb gently tracing small circles as he softly kissed Jungkook's face, his cheeks, his nose, his forehead, each kiss a promise of his love and care.
