I didn't think my day could get worse. I already had a Dark Aura episode. But boy, was I wrong. When I awoke again, I was in the infirmary, and Maxie was talking to some Grunts, dressed in white coats, about something, Tabitha was sitting by the side of my bed, blushing and holding my left hand, and my arm still hurt, but not as much as before. I groaned as I started to sit up.

Tabitha smiled. "You're finally awake."

I went to scratch my head, but as I lifted my arm, a searing shot of pain went through it. "Nrrrgh... Sh-should it be able to heal?"

Tabitha shook his head. "The doctors are talking about it with Maxie, but from the looks of it, no."

I then remembered that I blacked out, so I have no idea what actually happened, or what my injury even looked like. "What exactly happened?"

Tabitha looked at me, slightly confused. "You were there, how do you not remember?"

I sighed. I never told him about my Yveltal powers, so he didn't know that I had no idea whatsoever about what happened during a Dark Episode. I pondered how to tell him all of this. As I did, Maxie came over to us, and he didn't look too happy.

I decided the bad news could wait a bit. "You see, what happened was Dark Aura took control, and when it does, I have no control over my actions. Whatsoever."

Tabitha nodded as he understood. Maxie then interrupted. "Sorry to interrupt, but I have some... Unfortunate news."

I closed my eyes. "First... Can you tell me what actually happened?"

Maxie sighed. "I guess you deserve to know what actually happened... Basically, you went crazy and started attacking everything. We tried to grab you and try to snap you out of it, but nothing was working. It came down to a last resort option. We had no choice but to attack you. So I sent out Infernape, who delivered quite the Close Combat to right where your arm is hurting... Which brings me back to the unfortunate news. Infernape seemed to break the bone, so we had our doctors do an x-ray of it, but the results aren't too pleasing."

I held my breath. What was going to happen?

"I'm sorry Sarah, but we're going to have to remove the upper part of your arm."

I was at a loss for words. I had no idea how to react.

Maxie sighed. "It would be best if we operate sooner. We're afraid that an infection might spread if we wait too long."

I tightened my grip on Tabitha's hand. "Go ahead... Whatever's best..." Maxie nodded. "We'll start right away. It should take a few hours or so. Of course we'll use a sedative first." I nodded and Maxie pulled out a syringe, and injected me with it, and my vision slowly blacked out.
